• Weather & Power Outage Disclaimer: Extreme weather and unforeseen power outages may impact travel and utilities. No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to these events, as they are beyond our control. We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover any unexpected disruptions.
• The closet in the main bedroom is stocked with sheets, blankets as well as pillows for the futon.
• You are welcome to park your cars and trailer on our driveway. Additional parking spots are available on the street
• Please place all trash in the bins provided outside, If there is excessive garbage during a stay and requires an extra pick up, there will be a $100 charge for this service.
• There's a charcoal grill available outside near the picnic tables. The gas grill has been replaced for safety reasons.

Beautiful location. Large bedrooms with comfortable beds and pillows. Great game and theater room. Kitchen nicely overstocked. Cabin beautifully decorated with mountain and Christian theme. Loved the wrap around decks. Great coffee bar. The Bible’s were a special and welcomed surprise. Location of laundry room was not ideal due to going through a bedroom, but not a major concern. Would love to stay there again on our next trip.

Perfect location and great for kids
Close enough to stores and the main attractions but on a quiet road with easy parking and a great playground and fire pit yard area. Very few complaints. We had a great stay.

Great long weekend cabin
This property met all our needs and more! The pool table, air hockey, and hot tub were all enjoyed by our group. We loved the location and relative privacy of the home. Would recommend for a larger group! Great communication from host and even though there was construction nearby, it did not interfere with our comfort during the stay.

My family absolutely loved our stay at this cabin. We had family of 16 and there was plenty of room for everyone. It was so beautifully decorated. Not to mention clean and well kept. It had everything we needed. Cant wait to come back to this cabin!

We really enjoyed the cabin. Had all the amenities that you need. The location was easy to get to and not far from the grocery stores and main road, but far enough to not hear any noise from it. The owners accommodated another night stay for us, because we got snowed in..which was not a bad thing...lol. Overall a Very clean cabin. Will stay again!

Family Reunion
We had an amazing time with a four generation family reunion. The layout of this house was perfect with five bedrooms and bathrooms. The little personal touches were amazing and we really hope to stay here again in the future. The owners were great to work with and answered all questions right away. Family Reunion
Beautiful location (quiet road with gorgeous view of the sunrise!), clean, lots of activity options in the home and within 45 minute drive, kitchen had several appliances (we brought a crockpot and waffle iron but didn’t need to as they were already available!), 11 adults were able to squeeze around the kitchen table for meals! We had a wonderful week and are grateful to the hosts!

Great for Large Family & All Ages
My extended family with 15 people ages 3 to 77 had a great time. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the cabin had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Having a playground right next to the cabin was wonderful for the younger kids. You feel secluded, but you are close to shops in Sevierville and about 20 minutes from Pigeon Forge. We had a problem with the original door code, but customer service was able to change it right away. Highly recommended!

**Only 4 bedrooms but still a great stay.
Beautiful cabin. Great location and I would come back again and again. Only disappointment was the ad says 5 bedrooms and pics look like it, but the bunk beds are downstairs around the corner in the game/theatre room and not a separate 5th bedroom. 2 bedrooms on the main level, 2 upstairs, all have kings with private bathrooms, bunks downstairs with a separate bathroom. We needed 5 private rooms but made it work. Plenty of room and overall happy considering the bedrooms.

Better Than Advertised
This property was such a great find. The house was very clean and well decorated. We really enjoyed the private playground area with picnic tables. The lower level was a perfect hangout area for all of the children. The coffee bar was such a nice touch. This house has three gathering areas inside, one on each floor, and also a nice area to gather outside with picnic tables. The property owner is very responsive and helpful. We would highly recommend staying here for your next family vacation!

Beautiful and spacious cabin, perfect family getaway
The cabin was absolutely perfect for three families with children ranging from 2-20. The three floors split everyone out perfectly and allowed plenty of space for the kids to play and the adults to relax. Everything we needed was provided. The town of Sevierville was only a few minutes away and they have everything you need. It was only 30 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg. The house was beautifully decorated and well maintained. We will recommend this property to any of our friends and family.

We had the best vacation! 3 families traveling with 6 adults, 4 teenagers, and 2 children, and there was always something for us to enjoy! It’s decorated so beautifully, and the Bible’s with the reading glasses were a nice touch. The beds are very comfy, and the welcome basket was so nice! It feels very secluded, but really close to all attractions. The views are amazing!! Too many personal touches to list! Candace and Reggie are super nice and very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. We hope to visit again someday!

Family vacation
The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the only we needed to do was bring presents! There was enough room for our family of 9 to be comfortable for the week. Location is ideal because you're close enough to loads of options for shopping, rides, fishing, hiking, etc and far enough away that you feel secluded when you want to stay in. Having the hot tub on cold nights was fun too! We ended up having a white Christmas and the owners were so kind to check on us because we had much more snow than expected! Our family will definitely try to get this cabin again for our vacation!

Perfect for any family!
The entire stay was perfect. Everything listed in the description was spot on and more! We had everything we could possibly need for a week long stay at the house and then some! We had 12 total people stay and there was more than enough room. Everything was clean and well stocked. House was located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood, property had amazing little play ground and the porches on all 3 levels of the house was absolutely perfect. Game room and play areas inside were a nice touch along with the theatre room. There is nothing I can even say about this cabin that could have been improved because it was literally perfect for our large family and the owner really thought of everything!

Lovely Cabin
We had a wonderful weekend here with our two kids and their three grandparents. The kitchen was well supplied and great for cooking for a group. The views were excellent! We also throughly enjoyed all the games (air hockey, checkers, arcade, pool) and movie theater. The beds were all very comfortable and we all slept well. There were also great little pluses like a canister of hot chocolate and another of marshmallows. The only down side was that we wanted to spend most of our time in the Smoky Mountain National Park and it is at least 40 minutes just to get inside the park. I felt like the description of “minutes from everything” was not quite accurate in reference to that.
