Great couples getaway
Cabin is ideal for a couple's getaway! Pull-out couch is great for living room lounging and tv watching. Communication with Aunt Bugs was simple and efficient. Highly recommend this cabin!

Mountain Trip
This was a trip for just us no children it was amazing except for some reason the hot tub wasn't hot after the first night and we didn't call about it. It was beautiful decorated for Christmas and the fire place we enjoyed most of all .

Amazing Romantic Retreat
This cabin was everything and more. It was in the cutest neighborhood close enough to not feel secluded and separated enough To have plenty of privacy! It’s in. Great area with plenty of attractions only a few miles away! The fireplace in the living room was sooo cozy and the hot tub was amazing! We will definitely be back!

The cabin was really pretty! We enjoyed the peace and quiet. We had plenty of room to play pool and not run into anything. The whirlpool was nice!

We found the bed kinda hard and would have loved some more pillows to choose from (hard/soft) We had everything we needed and the hot tub was great to relax in after a long day out in the Smokies.

The only fault was we do a little cooking and the had no knifes for cutting. Only steak knifes. The other thing was no sport channels. Really need espn. Otherwise, very nice. Would come back.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a very nice cabin and very nice people. We enjoyed the stay and would definitely return but there were some items in disrepair inside and outside the cabin. Some of which appeared to be things that were damaged by a previous guest's pet (front door drapes, pool table pockets). We were charged $150 in advance for our dogs to stay in the cabin so I feel if you are going to charge someone a pet damage deposit you should at least repair the damage from the previous guests' pet before the next guest arrives. Also we dropped a dvd behind the TV and when we rolled the TV out to get it there was a huge amount of dirt, debris, food crumbs and hair under there. Again overall it was really great but you asked so I am telling you.

Very disappointed
The cabin was very nice, beautiful wood floors. We were anticipating a cozy weekend by the fire. The fireplace however, wasn’t working. We called three times over the first 2 of our 4 day stay. Might seem like a little thing but a fireplace was the main thing We searched for while looking for a cabin rental. The hosts did nothing to compensate. We called about it 3 times. On our first night they made it sound as if the propane should be delivered that night. Saturday afternoon they said they would talk to the propane people and promised to get back to me. By Saturday evening they hadn’t called back so I called them and was told we “can only hope for the best” that the tank is filled during our stay. So the propane never arrived for us to use the fireplace. It was very frustrating and just having to deal with the hosts and having them be so nonchalant about our disappointment really put a damper on our 4 day weekend. I’ll never rent from Aunt Bugs again.

A cabin for 2 and the dog.
Security Check in was a little extensive for those of us not high tech savvy. However, I understand do to those who would scam a free ride. The deck was covered with pollen and could of used a water hose to wash it off. And the maid "forgot" to dust and sweep under the bed and behind the doors. Otherwise it was nice and the hot tub was private for being a little romantic.

Last minute booking for Spring Break with the wife and our 9 yr old and a friend. Cabin was cozy and worked for the 4 of us. Would recommend more as a couples retreat as the loft being open to the area below makes for a noisy night if the kids stay up.

Great little cabin!
Everything was clean and as expected. Only thing was that there is NO extra anything so be sure to bring your own (toilet paper, dish soap, trash bags, etc). Otherwise it was a great little place in a fantastic location!
