Beautiful home!!
We booked a weekend stay in this home and wow! The convenient location AND great view were perfect for us. My mother was with us and this place is very accessible to have someone elderly with you! It has a hot tub and pool table for the kids, plenty of seating and the overall feel was just perfect! We got quick and easy communication from the homeowners. We will definitely be back again!!

Best Vacation Ever
Absolutely the nicest cabin in the entire Gatlinburg area. Loved the location and breathtaking views. Extremely close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Able to do all the activities in the area that we wanted to do. Will definitely return next year. Thank you for the best birthday vacation ever!

We absolutely loved this property. It has stunning views and location was perfect for us . We will definitely be renting from the Tice family again. Great place to rent if you have pets the fenced in backyard was a bonus feature for us because our doggies 🐾🐾🐾are family.

Great location near pigeon forge and gatliy. The road was a little windy but we laughed and had fun going up. The ride is worth the view. We loved sitting on the back patio with the amazing view. We even had a few visitors. Mama and her 3 bear's. I would rent this home again. We loved it 💕

We truly enjoyed our stay. The location of the chalet was perfect, so convenient. It was situated between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The chalet itself was clean and very roomy, with lots of seating. We would definitely rent this spot again.

The place is exactly like the pictures. We enjoyed staying there immensely. Plenty of everything we needed for the stay was on hand. The hosts were extremely helpful and quick to respond to any of our inquiries. I highly recommend the place if you’re in the area.

Great location right between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Large, open floor plan, single story, which worked well with our elderly mother. Large fenced yard was a plus for our dog. Home was comfortable and so was the master bed. Would be good for a large family

This place was perfect. Clean, beautifully decorated, fully equipped, outstanding views......I could go on and on. And the beds were so comfortable. I would love to know the name of the mattress on King bed. We loved our stay and hated so bad that we couldn't stay longer.

Very nice property, great communication, the perfect for our fur babies. Fenced in yard was wonderful and a huge bonus. The views were great when the fog lifted. The last half mile to the cabin is very steep and winding. Would stay again.

The property photos don't do this place justice. It is stunning! May caution about the narrow and steep road to access especially in icy weather but its definitely worth the climb! Excellent host.

Our family really enjoyed. the house. Each night we got to see bears. The first night it was a mother bear with 3 cubs. The other 2 nights it was a big old boy. The house is nice and the view the deck is outstanding! We plan to stay here again.

A beautiful view wasted by the unusable outdoor area
We booked this place because of the bears in the pictures and weren't disappointed. We were visited by a bear. However, this property could really use some work. This inside is dated, but clean and furnished adequately. But the outside is nearly unusable without some serious pest control. The furniture, grill and porch were covered in spider webs so big they had clearly been building them for a while. There were several spots with spider egg sacs. And the spiders themselves were huge. I understand we're in the woods but this seems like an easy enough fix with some preventive cleaning and spray between visitors. I've stayed in many different places in the area over the years and have never seen one quite like this

Great Stay
The house fit our needs perfectly….all one level with no steps to climb. Spacious rooms with lots of seating. Large bedrooms with big bathrooms and a walk in shower in the master bath which again fit our needs perfectly. A large walkout deck with lots of patio furniture and rocking chairs. Perfect location just 10-15 minutes south of pigeon forge. Close enough to be right in the mix of everything or far enough away to have some privacy……5 star great place
