Great cabin for families!
We really enjoyed this home! Even saw a mama bear and her 2 cubs a couple times in the neighborhood...very exciting! Do NOT forget to lock your car doors. A bear did get in our truck, but didn't do any damage, thankfully. My husband and I stayed with our 2 grown boys and our 5 year old. 2 king beds and 2 full beds were more than enough space. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Internet was bit spotty watching movies, but not unexpected given location. About a 20 min drive to Pigeon Forge, lots of fun stuff to do. Great vacation for the family!

If you want to know the truth…
We choose this particular cabin for the awesome views… and they were not at all the same views that were in the pictures. The trees have grown up so much! You can’t see anything from the bottom deck. •the parking was dangerous! Be careful backing out!!! •downstairs king bed was not a new bed nor comfortable. It squeaked as soon as you sat anywhere on it. And also when you would role over at night. •the cabin was not clean…there was dog hair, dust, trash, and tops of liquor bottles. We cleaned all of this up…. The host then sent a cleaning lady late that evening who did not speak any English and her young child had to translate. •the hot tub only had one working jet, and the top cover is ripped and very hard to get on and off. •The downstairs tub had a leak and no hot water.. host said it was user error and I asked how that could be when the HOT water handle did not turn on hot water. She sent out a maintenance guy, and all he did was swap over the handles. The leak was not fixed. •the top room comforter was ripped. And the blinds were torn in the kids room. •the ice maker was frozen up. •the tv remotes would not work, host asked us to swap batteries around, still no luck. The remote would not move from side to side only up and down. •The screen door was torn and falling off. •the floors have not been upkept and have black marks thru out the house. •this was not an easy stay for us, with having 3 kids, one being a special needs child…

Cabin in the Smokies
This cabin was beautiful. Nestled near the top of the Great Smokie Mountains there was good views of the mountain ranges. The cabin has everything we needed! The hot tub was a welcomed retreat after walking all day seeing local attentions. A quick tip: get your groceries & other necessities before heading up the mountain, the trip back down is long.

First trip to Sevierville
The cabin was nice, situation on a hill be ready for a steep car ride. The cabin was clean and we really appreciated the amenities left for us such as paper towels and toilet paper. Be sure to bring food because coming up and down is not quick. We enjoyed the hot tub and visited the pool. The views are amazing and our host was accessible and responsive. Thank you for providing ample towels as well. We visited the Titanic museum and The Island. We took a Jeep tour of the national park. Spent a day in Gatlinburg. Visited the Old Mill and downtown Sevierville. Plenty to do in the area.

Our stay
Very all well stay, we even got to see a couple black bears, nice view from balcony on top only thing from bottom we thought maybe the trees could use some trimming so you can see but all in all peaceful, tvs couldn't figure out the dish cable, but we didnt worry we was more about taking the view and just time away from home and we even enjoyed the pool that wasnt very far from us! Even dipped in the hotub at the cabin

Nice Cabin
This cabin is a little older and shows signs of a lot of love but it was great for our family. My family enjoyed the pool table, hot tub and xbox. We had plenty of room to spread out. This cabin has everything you need from bedding to cooking supplies down to hand soap, shampoo and TP. It is pet friendly. I did wish however that the porch had a gate on it. It would have been nice to be able to let my dog loose on the porch while i was sitting in the rocking chairs. We loved all the extras that the gated community offered. We enjoyed the tennis courts, pickle ball, basketball, pool, corn hole, and the small river that runs through it all. The drive up is a little steep but its the mountains. The view from the top balcony is Amazing. The main porch is hidden behind the trees. I loved the patio lights on that one. It was very relaxing at night. The owners answered all my questions and were very friendly. We will definitely stay here again!! Side Note: the guy at the gate said "make sure you lock your car". Well in all the unloading I forgot. A big black bear decided to exlpore my ride and made a muddy mess. Thank gosh it didnt damange anything, just made a some scratches on my leather. Lesson learned!!

Mountain Top
Overall the cabin was fine but there are a few things I wished I had known. 1st, the road to get there is very steep and winding. My hybrid SUV almost didn’t make it up the road. 2nd, the hot tub was disgusting, it had a horrible odor and had a slime film to it. The downstairs tub, the handles are opposite of what it reads and is hard to climb in to. It is also listed as pet friendly, though there is no where really to take the pet to relieve itself. The view was amazing from the top, the bottom deck is secluded trees. The pool table is more in a hallway of the loft with slanted ceilings so it is hard to make a shot and it unlevel.

Great size for family of 6
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the cabin. It was such a nice size for our grown family and the springtime view without tree leaves was certainly breathtaking! The hanging lights on the deck added just the right touch while the beds were comfortable and the kitchen cabinets were well equipped. The hosts communications and quick responses were much appreciated. The pool table is a functional beginner's table.

Good but is rundown
Pictures look amazing, when you get there you’ll notice right away things aren’t the same. Things are rundown and the cabin needs a deep clean. There is a lot of dust on thr walls and under the beds is nasty. Doors don’t shut properly and ect. We contacted the property manager to let them know but they should have known have being in the cabin to clean. There was much more that was said but overall they just said thank you.

A Smoky Mountain Nightmare
This property started off bad and continued to get worse. It is a run down, worn out, ratty cabin. The jet tub I so looked forward to, isn't. There is no motor. It's advertised as a perk! Hall light, doesn't work, downstairs bedroom door won't close, it's jammed. The bunk bed covers the dull, dingy fan light and it's very dark in there. There are NO closets, dressers or hangers anywhere! I had to buy hangers and hang my clothes up all over my room (I had the kids room). The floors are very worn and need work. My dog stepped on a nail sticking up and hurt is paw. There is no view from the deck, the trees are over grown. The deck furniture is a joke! The chairs are completely worn out and peeling...all of them. The metal, rusty piece of junk table on the deck is broken. The hot tub is filthy with broken pieces of wood. There's a nail sticking out the one railing areas on the deck that snagged and ripped my blouse. This place looks nothing like the photos anymore. Those photos are very old when the place must have looked nice. Not even the same stove or couch, so that has to tell you something. The chairs upstairs in the tiny little area (the only place you can see the mountains), are on the ground and awful. The black chairs downstairs sink to the ground when you sit in them. The dishwasher doesn't have a silverware basket, so the silverware keeps falling off the top rack into the bottom, you have to stop, fix it and re-start. Why? Can't buy a silverware basket host?? Oh, coffee pot...those tiny little black ones you find in cheap hotels...yep, enjoy...hope not to many people in your group enjoy coffee. A nice, decent 12 cup Mr. Coffee is probably around $25 at Walmart. The host can't pick one up? The upstairs loft is dark, dingy, depressing and there ISN'T enough room to play pool even if you could see. What's the point then, to make people think they can play while staying there? Another deception. The place is a run down rathole that clearly no one cares for. There's broken pieces of old lattice laying all over the ground when you walk up. I paid almost $3,000 for a week in this dump!! I could have found a beautiful place for the money. Renter beware!!
