Spring Specials - Amazing Mountain Views - Family and Pet Friendly!

Beautiful log cabin in the prestigious Preserve Resort. If you are looking for a modern mountain luxury cabin with exceptional views at an affordable price, this is it! On the main level you enter into the galley style kitchen which flows directly into the dining area and main living room, which is open to the top level. The main level also has a bedroom with a king-sized bed and private bathroom. The lower level offers a game room, additional living space, and another bedroom with king-sized bed and private bathroom. The upper level offers an open loft with a king bed, private bathroom, working space with desk, and crow's nest with two futon mattresses for the kids to enjoy! Large windows on each level bring in lots of natural light and allow you to take in the majestic mountain landscape.

Clubhouse offers pool, gym, sauna, chapel and covered patio area with a spectacular mountain view. The community pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

We are happy to host your pets as well. Additional fee of $45 per stay (not per pet) does apply. Unauthorized pet penalty is $250.

Our property is nonsmoking. An additional cleaning fee of $250 will be assessed for any smoking in the cabin.

Hot tub*
Ideally situated on the upper level with the grandest view, we change the water before each arrival. Note that mountain water isn’t always crystal clear and is sometimes tinted green or red by natural minerals which are perfectly safe. Water may not be hot upon arrival depending on timing of change as it takes time to heat up, usually 2-4 degrees per hour.

Enjoyed our stay at Shangri-la! Beautiful home approx. 2.5 miles on the top of a mountain. Close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Host was super easy to communicate with. Would stay here again!

The views were stunning, beds were very comfortable and we had more than enough space for the 5 adults in our group. It was also very nice to have You Tube TV and not have to login to all of our own streaming accounts. Loved our stay and would book here again!

Awesome place!
This was an absolutely beautiful cabin! It was just the right amount of space we needed for our family of 10 and our pup! 🐶 The host was super sweet and very quick to respond to any questions. This will definitely be another vacation place for us next time as well! Be prepared to drive straight up and straight down mountains, lol!

Great cabin
The cabin was perfect for our trip, very clean and had everything you need! The view was beautiful, the area was quiet and peaceful. We had 9 guests in total and had plenty of space throughout the cabin. The host was very quick to respond and made sure our stay was perfect. Always a plus when they allow dogs as well because who doesn’t want to bring their furry family members along with them.

Amazing views and beautiful cabin!
We stayed a week at Shangri-La with our family and had a wonderful time! The cabin was clean, the views were incredible and the kids really enjoyed playing ping-pong, pool, and many different arcade games. The host was fantastic and so helpful anytime we had questions. High mountain top cabin
Great property not close to the city. Quality family time with plenty of games. Excellent view and great for drone footage. If snow is expected and you have snow tires or tire chains, this is the place for you. I would love to see this place in the fall.

Amazing cabin with amazing view!
I was a little worried about staying in a pet friendly cabin. The last one we stayed in had dog hair everywhere. Not this one! It was extremely clean. The loft upstairs is amazing and so is the game room. The view is also amazing and the host thought of everything. Just pack your clothes and some personal items. Everything else is there!

Definitely recommend
Our stay was fantastic, cabin was perfect! We had everything we needed, stocked kitchen with pots/pans and spices so we were able to cook a few meals. Far enough away from town in the mountains for scenic views and seclusion but just a 20 min drive to Pigeon Forge. Three decks that have no access to the ground which is perfect so you don’t have to worry about blocking it for pets or little ones. Beds are super comfy!!! Lots of games to play including ping pong! Communication with the host could not have been better!!! Thank you

Annual Smoky Mountain Trip
The process was simple. Melissa and her staff communicated frequently throughout our stay. This is the second time we stayed at this cabin and we were pleased to see that there were some upgrades and repairs done since last year. The cabin is quaint and perfect for family vacations and the gorgeous views of the mountains are breathtaking. The only negative things I can say are there were cobwebs on the ceiling fans and on ceilings, the upstairs toilet seat is made of cheap plastic which causes it to slip from side to side. The window blinds appeared cleaner than they were last year but unfortunately they’ve seen better days as they are faded and some are broken. None of these negatives would prevent me from staying there again. The place and location are excellent. I would give them 4.9 stars for sure.

Perfect place
The cabin was absolutely the perfect place for us. We were able to get the privacy we needed as well as space to spend time together. Our family travelled from Georgia,, North Carolina and Ohio .. each couple had their own floor with spectacular views. It’s very peaceful and quiet. The house has everything you would need ..well stocked. As for Melissa .. 5 + .. any questions immediate response .. so appreciated.. Thank you so much. We were very impressed by your management and care .would definitely recommend this place !

Amazing!
Absolutely immaculate cabin, tastefully decorated and perfect for our family. It had everything we needed to feel just like home. The main level was perfect for my parents in their late 70's to enjoy. Our two teens enjoyed the downstairs with all the games and entertainment. And finally, the massive upstairs loft and its amazingly perfect sunset views took this vacation rental over the top! It is obvious that the owners take pride in this property and their communication was amazing! From the moment we booked the cabin until we checked out, they were available to answer any questions. Thank you for this amazing experience and the memories made on this vacation!

Fall Break Getaway
We booked this cabin based on being pet friendly, location, and the amenities. This cabin had plenty of space to accommodate my family and my in-laws. The internet worked great and was fast which was useful for my wife who had to do some work. The views were amazing. The host was very communicative and responded quickly. The cabin was clean and the beds were comfortable. We will definitely look into booking this place again next year.

A wonderful place

Quick Getaway
We needed a cabin for just a few nights and was happy to find this spot. The house was clean and the listing accurate. I appreciated the kid friendly cutlery and plates and cups. There was a nice array of spices but you’ll need foil, nonstick spray, etc for cooking. This spot is far off the beaten path so I recommend getting groceries and other necessities prior to arrival :) otherwise, Instacart was a lifesaver for us!

Wonderful vacation!
We went to this property with 2 families. Each with 2 children. Stayed 6 nights. Felt pricing very reasonable! This was an absolutely wonderful layout for us. There was plenty of space to come together but also have our privacy. 2 of the kids were younger and went to bed earlier in the loft. We would than hang out downstairs with the pool table or on the multiple porch options and it was perfect for them to go to bed early. The views are absolutely amazing and we spent every morning and evening on the porch relaxing to the view. You could tell the hot tub was drained and cleaned prior as they said it would be which is very important to us. Kitchen had everything needed including crockpot, standard coffee pot and keurig. Plenty of towels. We needed the outside trash emptied early and host was very responsive and had this done the same day we inquired about it. Cabin very nice, up to date, VERY comfortable beds, clean!!! Sheets and towels clean. Overall EXTREMELY happy and will definately stay here again! Did not want to go home, and next time will book longer!

Wonderful family vacation
The house is just as described. We had 6 adults, one teen and 2 under 1 year old. I did have 2 dogs as well and it is so nice to have somewhere to stay that takes dogs, a big plus. The area was not to far from all entertainment but far enough away that it was peaceful. Swimming area was lovely and the scenery was beautiful !! Inside the house we had a ton to do from arcade to pool and ping pong, oh yes and my favorite the hot tub! So much room we all had our own space for individual families. Check in and out was easy. There is everything and anything you may need there as well. Also, they had the essentials like garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper start up laundry soap and dish washer soap. We had hand soap and travel soaps left for us, what a great accomodation. Melissa was excellent, messaging us as we got there and thru the week, so super helpful. I always use vrbo for this reason. We have rented numerous places and the communication is awesome!! This rental is definelty a 10/10 experience
