This place exceeded all expectations for our trip to Severville. Quiet, clean, and convenient to everything we were doing. 100% recommended staying here.

Two condos for extended family for Thanksgiving. Loved it! Comfortable, convenient. Needs a little updating. Could use area info and vrbo rules/guidelines in room.

I didn't get to on our vacation because our dog was diagnosed with pancreatitis two days before, she was throwing up and we couldn't put her in a kennel.. we let the owner know and the travel insurance knows but they still made up pay for the whole trip. I offered verification of the vet report and vets phone number but it didn't matter. They said if I wanted to pay another 149. I could give our trip to someone. I'm very disappointed. I didn't expect the whole amount but at least half would have shown they understand but they didn't. I will not or my family ever stay there. I can't attest to the look or cleanliness of the property but I could not send my review without

Beautiful room, great for families.
The room/ resort property was very nice. It’s perfect for kids. The pools, park and mini golf were a great way to keep my daughter occupied, and the pools were never overly packed! The only reason this stay got a lower rating was because I had issues with the resort and checking in. I was checking in late, I notified the resort per the instructions by the lister. However, when I arrived, the resort had given my room away. I had to wait an additional 3 hours check in as the resort had to reassign me another room.

Great location and amenities
This property is close to everything in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge region. We were just minutes from Dollywood, The Island, and many other attractions. The resort amentities were wonderful and our kids spent hours in the pool, splash pad, playground, and mini golf area. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful well appointed resort with large rooms that have full kitchens washer dryer shower tub and separate living room. Stayed here many times will continue to keep staying here
