This is a well-appointed single level home with everything your vacation needs. The Master bedroom has a king size bed, private bath with jacuzzi tub, a walk-in closet and a large HDTV. The second room has a King size bed, large closet and beautiful HDTV. The third bedroom features two Bunk beds, plenty of board games and a large HDTV. The second and third bedrooms share a bath between them. The living room is spacious with fireplace, plenty of seating, a queen size sleeper sofa, a gaming system with over a hundred games and a 65in HDTV. All TV's have Netflix, Hulu, and Disney + streaming free for our quests to enjoy. The dining room seats 6 around a large wooden farmhouse table (we have extra chairs in mudroom). The Kitchen has everything you need to prepare a large meal to just microwaving leftovers, and a huge coffee and tea station to get your morning started. The main hang out spot is the game room. We spared no expense to make this a room to build family memories. Pool Table, foosball table, Competition Dart board, stand up video game, 65in HDTV theater seating, and much more make this the FUN ZONE. The home is equipped with blazing fast Wi-Fi for gamers and workaholics. The front porch offers rockers and a swing to relax and enjoy the night skies and the back deck features a four person Jacuzzi Hot Tub where you can relax sipping your favorite adult beverage while watching the nightly Dollywood fireworks show (yes, we are that close to Dollywood, but you would never know it). We follow advanced cleaning techniques and CDC guidelines for the home and The Hot Tub is emptied cleaned and refilled between each guest. The Home is on an acre of private land for you to enjoy. So, kick back and relax we got you covered.

We traveled here for two nights with friends and family. There were 9 of us plus two dogs and the house was perfect. The hot tub is on the smaller side but a very nice addition. The game room was great for the kids and adults and kept everyone entertained in our down time.

Cousins reunite for Dolly
We loved our stay! Everything was very clean. We had plenty of fluffy towels. The high chair was a bonus although we brought a portable one for our 9month old. The kids loved the bunk beds and game room. Location was great! It’s very close to Dollywood and places to eat. We will definitely be back this summer to visit Dollywoods water park next time. Lastly, the hosts were great too! Very responsive with any questions we had. Pick this place!

We had a great stay at Sunshine Cottage. The location is quiet but close to everything. Everyone enjoyed the game room activities! Owners have really done their best to ensure a lovely stay.

Great getaway
The house and location were perfect for our weekend away!! The hot tub was great after a full day at Dollywood! The hosts were easy to reach and quick to respond! Kiddos LOVED the game room. If we come back we will definitely try to use this property.

Sunshine Cottage
Home has everything you will need to enjoy your stay in Pigeon Forge. Close to all attractions but, yet very private and comfortable. Great home decorated very well and very comfortable for family. Will remember to keep this as one of our favorites and hope to return again soon! Very neat and clean.

The house was very easy to get to! It was a great location for exploring pigeon forge and Gatlinburg! The house was very cozy for our group of 5! The check in/check out was very easy!! Would definitely recommend staying here and would definitely consider staying again! The owners were also very easy to communicate with and was very helpful!!

Just came up for the weekend but would work great for longer stays. House was conveniently located, easy access to everywhere you’d want to go. 1 level home makes it easy without stairs to climb for those that may have difficulty with them. The game room is great for all ages.
