Wonderful place to stay
When walking into the Farmhouse it is really clean, fresh, and very cute. Was not afraid to let our 8 month old crawl around on the floor. This is the second time we have stayed here and will definitely be renting again. Easy to book, owners are easy to communicate with. It’s a nice quiet place to stay away from the noise of Gatlinburg . Highly recommend.

Quiet Retreat
We enjoyed a quiet, comfortable retreat. Morning coffee on the front porch rockers. The furnishings include interesting vintage farmhouse pieces. The kitchen worked well for us. We enjoyed game nights at the kitchen table. The caretakers are on the same street and the owner is very responsive.

Bachelorette weekend

Wonderful quiet place to stay
This was a great place to stay that was very quiet. It was easy to get to and the drive there is beautiful. There is cell signsl less than 1/2 a mile away so it was easy to call folks if I needed to but there was comfort in being away from my digital leash. I would stay here again.

Property was cute and homey, everything as described. It’s a little out of the way if you plan on several outings, about 30 minutes to most of the popular places. There is a steep incline and descent for the road leading to the property, but wasn’t an issue for a minivan during spring. It would be hard during winter. Overall, a nice peaceful place to stay.

Our stay at the Farm House was amazing it was so clean Quiet and no internet was great for me . My Granddaughter is 18 and loved the Donkeys and the Horses. It was perfect we set at the fireplace and just had an amazing time I will give it a 10 loved it.

Quiet get away
It was the perfect get away for us with our hectic lives. No cell service which enables us to rest. There is a landline for emergency calls. The donkeys and miniature horses were so sweet. We had all the amenities we needed.

Perfect calm family spot close to activities
We had a great time, house was as described, kids loved the space to run around, the fire pit, the porch swing, the tire swing, the indoor game table, playing in the stream, the big tub, and seeing the animals. The ramp was great for my child in a wheelchair. We carried him up the steps for bed at night but could have used a pull out downstairs. The shower chair was helpful for non ambulatory child. The fireplaces were really nice. Owners were very responsive with questions. We had an amazing time :-).

Tons of space with animals!
My family can't wait to come back! The Farmhouse had so much space and it was so clean and Pam was a gracious hostess! We loved all the animals and wished we could have stayed longer. We will definitely try to book again!
