A hub of entertainment awaits at this polished, contemporary home in the woodlands of Sevierville. Enjoy a private indoor pool, an outdoor hot tub where you can relax in the cool evening air, a home theater, and a fantastic game room full of fun for all ages.

This modern home sits in the countryside outside Sevierville and Pigeon Forge, about a 10-mile drive from all the action on the Parkway. It's a scenic spot that provides peace and quiet as well as easy driving access to Dollywood and Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

A wealth of renowned attractions await in the surrounding area, but you need never leave the house to have a memorable getaway with your loved ones. Begin each morning with a dip in the pool and hot tub, and spend your afternoons reading, grilling, and dining outside on the shaded deck. Evenings are best spent roasting s'mores around the firepit, screening movies in the home theater, and gathering in the window-lined game room for foosball, pool, air hockey, Ping-Pong, shuffleboard, board games, and more than 3,000 games on two arcade consoles.

The rest of the home wonderfully combines the ambience of country living with every contemporary comfort. Throughout the house, you'll find smart TVs, central air, and stylish details of stacked stone and cable railings. Enjoy a chic kitchen with stainless steel appliances, space to dine at both the large island and the adjacent table, and a light-filled living room with an electric fireplace.

Of the five bedrooms, one is a primary suite with its own electric fireplace, a smart TV, and a private bathroom.

Perfect Family Retreat
This place was gorgeous and so much bigger in person. The photos do not do it justice! My only complaints: the propane was empty and we spent money out of pocket to refill it but we weren’t able to use it because the grill was so dirty and my brother found a random pair of underwear under his fitted sheets when we stripped the bed. Other than those things, it was a perfect & peaceful stay. The other reviews mention the neighbor’s dogs, but we learned they are part of a K9 rescue mountain team, so we didn’t mind the barking since they were probably being trained or alarmed by an outside animal. 9/10 - I recommend this place for a big family vacation!

Bach trip weekend
When we arrived on the property the first thing I noticed was unkept walking area to the fire pit. Noted: it’s not operating in this season but still. Also trash was over the balcony on the ground. The beds were big and comfortable. The place was very clean. Pool and hot tub were also clean. communication was great. I would stay again.

VACAY! YAY!
Such a great place to stay! First here are the Negatives... DOGS woke us up every morning. So much for sleeping in! ugh BUT the cabin owners cannot help this problem! One of the video games did not work but management sent someone right away with every obstacle we encountered. He did not fix the game but he tried! The Pool was too Cold to enjoy. And the Hot Tub Temp kept going down each day. Some of the chairs around the fire pit were broken and we found this out the hard way by sitting in them and landing on the ground. No one was hurt though. Now the Positives ... Very Clean, well stocked, so perfect for our Family. So Beautiful! The game room was AMAZING and The Theatre Room was Great. We played video games and watched DVDs in there. So Fun! Didn't get to see any Bears maybe next time. We already cannot wait to rent this cabin again!!!

Nice place but a few things for improvement
This place is beautiful and love that it is up in the mountains. It is very peaceful and quiet except the neighbor dog barking all the time (obviously not the Vrbos fault) lots for kids to do with games and pool. The neighborhood in general had a lot of garbage laying around our kids picked up 4 bags of trash in the trees. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The bad: we planed most of our meals with using the grill, but only was able to use it 2 times as the propane was about gone. We asked for more they said they would get it the next day, but it never came...also no cookie sheet, only 2 dishwasher pods and like 3 garbage bags that are very thin and leaked and no kitchen dish cloth. And kitchen chair legs were wobbly so were not able to use about 3 of them. Overall would stay again but definitely not plan meals around grill and be better planned with garbage bags etc.

All Around Great
I was worried that the photos were going to be better than the actual property, but was very pleasantly surprised. The house is lovely and was spacious enough for our family vacation (7 adults and 4 littles). The only bad thing was the hot tub would not heat above 94 degrees, which wasn't very warm at all. When I called, I was told that it sounded like it was stuck in Economy mode and that maintenance would be out that day to check it and fix it. Maintenance never showed up. My husband ended up hopping on YouTube and finding videos on how to fix it and was able to get it working our very last night. Other than not being able to enjoy the hot tub...the stay was very pleasant and we would look at booking again.

Good getaway
This was a good getaway for myself and friends , the sofa had a lot of pet hair on it that got all over everyone’s clothes who sat on it . Property manager was pleasant when I spoke with her about certain areas that needed to be addressed and she had them resolved quickly, the WiFi was not to good at the time we were told a new service provider was being installed after we left , hopefully the next time we visit we will have good WiFi there . Other than that it was a wonderful stay beautiful cabin and very quiet and peaceful .

Great Stay!
All together we had a great time. Lots of games to play to keep the kids busy!! The dish tv didn’t work very well and the internet didn’t work at all. The pool says it is heated and we paid extra to have the heat turned on. However, it seems the “pool area” is heated and not the pool itself. The water was still fairly chilly. Maybe they just don’t turn it up high enough but at $30/day extra you’d think it would be a little warmer. The house was really nice and had basically everything you would need.

Big but Cozy
This beautiful home in Pigeon Forge has plenty of room for a family vacation! It was very clean with plenty of parking. It’s so nice to have a bathroom for every bedroom. Beds slept good and baths had plenty of hot water! We really enjoyed the game room pool table. The swimming pool is great! This home is on the outskirts of Pigeon Forge so be aware that you’ll be driving in rural areas. The home is located on what appears to be land purchased by a developer up on a mountain behind existing neighbors. The dryer takes a long time to dry clothes and you have to keep cleaning out the lint filter and turning it back on. It could be that the vent pipe needs cleaning/checking out. One weird thing is there is one light in the middle of the kitchen over the island that we could not figure out how to turn off. We tried every switch possible.

The inside and outside Decour of this property was amazing. The kitchen was large and spacious. Living room was well connected to the kitchen so you could entertain. Game room was great for the kids, pool table, air hockey you name it they had it. Five bedrooms, four bathrooms, no I’m sorry five bathrooms. All of them was amazing walk-in showers. There was one bathroom that had a tub pool in the house was well maintained and maybe 4 feet deep. The only thing that gave us trouble while we were at the house was the front door lock. It is an under usual lock and it took us a while to get familiar with it to lock and unlock the front door but if you have an opportunity, please stay at this property. It is out a little ways, but it does give you privacy in seclusion From the mad dash or madness that’s in pigeon Forge.

Beautiful house
The house is beautiful. Location is pretty good. As mentioned before, the neighbor has search and rescue dogs that can be barky at times. Our biggest issue was that we paid extra to have the pool heated yet it was never warm enough to use. The second issue is that there aren't steps to get in the jacuzzi. My parents paid for our family to stay here. My mom had a hip replacement 2 months before and was looking forward to the pool and jacuzzi and couldn't use either. Without any type of steps, getting in and out of the jacuzzi was a little sketchy even for the younger members of the group.

Overall Great
Overall, this is a great secluded spot within 20 minutes of Pigeon Forge. The house came prepared with everything we needed and was very clean. The property and house itself are new and in great condition. You could spend several days here with a large party without having to leave the house. However, in terms of improvements, there were an inordinate amount of spiders. Especially in the upstairs bedrooms. This is a normal issue for a cabin in the woods but the house could more than benefit from pest control doing a scan of the house. I don’t want to use the word infestation but we counted at LEAST twenty granddaddy long leg spiders. I can assure you that that is a conservative estimate. We found them in the kitchen, in the showers, in the beds, and eventually in our belongings. In addition the WIFI is terrible. Again, I recognize this is a cabin in the woods but the WIFI did not work for us at all either on our devices or the tvs provided. I would recommend fixing this issue or removing it is an amenity from this property. Overall our time here was great but these issues need to be addressed to improve the condition of the rental and the experience of those who rent this property.
