Great Family Vacation spot
Lots of entertainment options, game table, pool table, foos ball table. New hot tub. Fantastic views and great location. Kitchen had plenty of pots and pans, silverware and dishes and glassware. There were lots of extra pillows and paperware.

Mississippi Mockingbird
The view off the upper deck is nice, especially with morning coffee and evening beverages. Enjoyed the hot tub after being out and on my feet all day at the Smoky Mtn Highland Games in Townsend, which was an easy drive on 321. Cabin is comfortable and roomy, downstairs game room was fun! Gate and lock codes received in plenty of time before arrival. Read before that driveway and parking were tricky- we had two SUVs, turning around wasn’t too difficult. And yes, I did see a bear running across the edge of the woods in the back!

Incredible views, quiet and private.
Nothing could beat the view from the upper porch. We also loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The beds were comfy and the hot tub was nice to enjoy in the evening. There were a lot of bumble bees near the hot tub area but they didn’t bother us. We got some time to enjoy the pool table but the arcade barrel table we couldn’t get to work. The location looking over Wears Valley was ideal. We were close to both Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and the National Park, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle so it was very peaceful. We also had bears come right up on the porch our last night and morning. Very exciting! The driveway is a bit tricky but after the first time we were just fine. We will definitely be back!

Momma Bear
We had a great time. My husband and a couple of his friends rented the cabin with our kids. We were able to easily drive to Gatlinburg one day and pigeon forge the other days. We got grub hub delivered one night. The coolest thing ever also kinda scary was a momma bear and 3 little bear cubs were in the backyard. The cubs climbed a tree right outside the deck area and the momma sat around the tree watching. Only tiny thing i didn't like was the swimming pool hours are when we were always out doing stuff. I wish it stayed open later because we would get back to the cabin hot and tired and wishing we could swim and the pool closed at 6. Would've been nice if it stayed open until 10. There was a private hot tub though so that was nice. Overall I would recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay but would not stay again!
The driveway was super tricky not easy for getting in and out. The down stairs where two bedrooms are were unbearably cold, there was a tiny space heater that helped with the bedroom but didn't do much for game room. When we arrive at check in time the place was still dirty from previous guest, which we were reimbursed for cleaning but unfortunately It was not completely cleaned after they left. The futon down stairs was crazy loud while sleeping on it any time you moved. There were Still bees living in gazebo that covers the hot tub that was mentioned in other reviews! The home was nice other then these mentions. It was well stocked and decorated cute. It was close to activities and the view was lovely. We did see bears one evening that hung around a while and came right up to the deck thank goodness for the fencing.

Beautiful views but room for improvement
This cabin is beautiful, secluded, has breathtaking views, and we saw bears right off the back porch every day. The cabin was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, bed rooms and bathrooms are very spacious and there were plenty of towels, washcloths, toilet paper, hand soap, dishwasher pods, and dishwashing liquid soap provided. The bedspreads are thin so if you get cold easily or like extra blankets you will need to bring them. I strongly suggest not sleeping on the futon because it makes very loud popping and cracking noises every time you move. The fireplace didn’t work, the hot tub was cold and smelled bad. When I reported the issues, I was asked to check the wires and connections on the hot tub to make sure nothing was loose. I don’t know anything about electric and didn’t feel like I should’ve been asked to do that. To say I was taken aback is an understatement. The controls for the fireplace pilot light were attached to the insert but I couldn’t get to them because the screen had been screwed into the wood around the insert. When maintenance came the following day, he got the hot tub to warm up but did nothing for the smell and said he couldn’t get the fireplace pilot light to stay lit so we didn’t get to use that either. I saw several reviews complaining about parking. We have a full sized 4 door truck and a minivan and we didn’t have any issues. We’ve rented cabins in Pigeon Forge through various companies for many years and I’ve never felt the need to leave a negative review but I don’t want others to be disappointed. You should also know the drive to the Parkway takes about 30 minutes. We didn’t mind but others might.

Great view!
Great place to stay! parking is a bit tricky but nothing crazy. House is very nice but the water pressure was a bit weak if you run the washer & showers. I would definitely recommend staying here if you want a great place with a great view.

Picture Perfect Views!
This cabin is in the perfect location, close to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Dollywood, etc. The cabin decor was perfect and the room sizes were great. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge plus as well. The show stopper is the view though. That alone was the perfect start and end to each day. My only complaint would be the driveway and parking, it is very steep and was a little snug to maneuver with a Tahoe and Ram. But we made it work and again the views and location could not have been better. If you are looking for a cabin that has spectacular views without needing 4 wheel drive to reach it and are wanting to be close to restaurants and attractions then look no further. I would recommend this cabin to anyone!

The cabin was absolutely amazing, exclamation, very clean, very spacious, and plenty of room for all the guests to spread out. Views were absolutely amazing and location is perfect. The porch swing on the basement did break when my girlfriend and I went to sit on it. Not having immediate instructions on how to lock the front door and having an access code to the security gate was a little inconvenient but we made a quick call to the property management company and they gave us the information I needed. I would definitely recommend this place and have plans on returning back next year .

Wonderful property
Everything was just as described. My only feedback would be to make sure travellers have the Vacasa app. I booked through VRBO, but could not get any extra info (like the drive through gate code!) without the Vacasa app, and I didn't know that.

Beautiful views
Home is beautiful and so are the views. But dealing with Vacasa was terrible! Charged a huge fee and were not nice. When called to ask a question, they told us there were no plates, bowls, silverware, hairdryer or anything available at the home. Everything was in the home and nothing like they had said. They are awful, unfriendly and unpersonal.

Pigeon Forge
The view was beautiful. The pool table Foose ball table, and video game was a hit with all. The hot tub was popular. The kitchen was a little disappointing when trying to cook for 12. It needed a few bigger pots and serving bowls. They also need to add more flatware and a few more cooking utensils. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic Cabin and Vacation!
This Cabin is gorgeous. We had 4 adults and 1 child so the 4 bedrooms were perfect as well as the convenience of each one having their own bathroom was a bonus. The location was really nice. Secluded but a very short drive to stores/food. We were able to enjoy the quiet and nature around us but were close enough to Pigeon Forge to enjoy all it has to offer. We had a momma and 2 cubs visit us on Day #2 and #3. The first time we got to watch them come out of the woods by the driveway and then stroll up the driveway. They were beautiful! The second visit they left paw prints all over our van. Luckily there was nothing in it and the doors were locked. The house was just as described and clean. Plenty of spare blankets, pillows and starter supplies were so helpful. We were really excited to see the box fans. We sleep with them on for noise so having them accessible was great! Unfortunately, I did and still do have a complaint about Vacasa. We arrived Saturday morning around 3:30am. It rained all of Saturday and Sunday. Monday began to clear up and then we noticed that there were a bunch of bees that were nesting in the Gazebo roof over the hot tub. I called 6 times in 2 days to report this safety issue. Each time I called I got “I will reach out to our local maintenance group and they will call you within the hour”. Not only did they never call me, but Vacasa never followed up with us to see if it was resolved. The final time I called I was told that they had called Orkin and they would be there the next day (Wednesday Now). If I had not called, I would not have known anything about it. However, It did not matter because they never called or showed up. Thank goodness we didn’t change our plans and sit around and wait! When we found and paid for this cabin, we had looked forward to enjoying the view, the deck and the hot tub. I am certain that we paid a higher rate for a cabin with mountain views and we were unable to use the hot tub most of the time (as soon as the rain stopped on day #2) and could not sit out on the deck for more than a couple minutes because they would start buzzing around us. All In All, the lack of communication from Vacasa with this SAFETY issue is unacceptable. I realize that bees are not within anyone’s control, but they really weren’t responsive to our limited time there or our needs at all. Other that, We very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Wild and wonderful
Cabin was clean. Lots of amenities. The bears did come on the porches. Both front and back. It was fantastic. We love this place. Parking was a little tight but we weren’t there for the parking. Would definitely recommend this place. Close to Pigeon Forge but still felt secluded. Nice and quiet in the evenings.

Nice cabin
Hot tub needs probably to be replaced because it doesn’t get warm at night. Tub in bathroom by it’s self (not connected to bedroom) drains all the water out. Driveway isn’t made for SUV but overall awesome! My kids loves the space, pool and everything there! They have everything for cooking you’ll need! Having 9 people with us for a week we did run out of trash bags and couldn’t fit all the trash outside in area.
