Cove Meadow Star is a cozy 2 bed/2 bath cabin located in the quiet community of Wears Valley with breathtaking views of Cove Mountain. This ideal location is less than 4 miles from the Line Springs entrance into the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The mountains beckon you to relax and to be refreshed. Imagine a peaceful hike to a waterfall, while breathing in the cool, crisp mountain air, eating a picnic lunch by a mountain stream as you take in the changing seasons of the mountains, or exploring the past as you take a step back in history at Cade's Cove. The mountains call to you and you will be only minutes away.

Just looking for peace and quiet? You can opt to relax at the cabin on the porch swing, with a cold glass of sweet iced tea and a good book. Then, melt your anxieties away in the five-person hot tub while enjoying the view of the peaceful mountain. The cabin setting encourages relaxation and features vaulted ceilings throughout. The living room is anchored by floor to ceiling stone, a gas fire place and flows into the open concept kitchen and dining area. The master bedroom showcases a king sized bed and the master bath has a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The guest room has a queen bed with closet space to spare. Quality linens and towels are provided for your comfort. Bedrooms and living room have cable TV and internet. Wrap around porches include rocking chairs, a swing and a five-person hot tub with spectacular views of Cove Mountain. No sharp curves or inclines to reach this property and there is a spacious yard for outdoor activities.

During this new season of social distancing, your family’s health and safety is our primary goal. Cove Meadow Star is cleaned and disinfected after each guest. The hot tub is drained, cleaned and refilled for guests to enjoy. Guests are given a unique door code, allowing for self check and social distancing

Cove Meadow Star is located 8 miles from Pigeon Forge where you have the opportunity to enjoy shopping, shows, museums and unique dining establishments. Gatlinburg is 15 miles away. The new Foothills Parkway entrance is only 1.5 miles from the cabin door. The charming community of Wears Valley has antiques shopping, art galleries and dining opportunities and is right in your back yard. The location of this cabin is GREAT!

We really enjoyed our 8 nights at this cabin. The cabin was in a very good location with easy access and very clean and comfortable. We were sad to go and will be back again. We contacted owner once during our stay and had a response within minutes. We highly recommend this place.

Idyllic Mountain Retreat.
Fabulous log cabin set in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains TN. Very well equipped for our stay clean and so cozy we didnt want to leave. Close to local amenities, with plenty to do. Cabin had been decorated for the Fall and it looked beautiful. Would definitely recommend.

I have to say this is this best, by far cabin I have rented in the Smokie,and I come often. The cabin is beautifully decorated, fully stocked and in a great location.Close to everything and away from the crowds. Sherry is a great host and i hoghly recommend staying here at her place

We enjoyed our stay so much in this cabin! Loved sitting outside on the unbelievably nice wrap around porch. It was convenient to all of the shops and restaurants but was away from the hustle and bustle. Loved the fact that it was sitting in the valley and not up a steep curvy road. Would definitely stay here again if available.

We had a wonderful stay here! The cabin was beautiful and the views of the mountain was amazing. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood away from the business of downtown, but close enough that we didnt have to travel far to shop, etc.. Communication with the owners was wonderdul as well. Definitely recommend!

Very nice cabin/ home that's equipped with all the amenities. Nice neighborhood. Cabin is very clean and well-maintained. Great covered deck with ceiling fans and lighting. Nice hot tub and comfortable deck furniture. Great view of Cove Mountain. Stay here. You'll be glad you did.

Great Wears Valley Vacation
Cabin was beautiful, clean, & easy to get to. Beautiful wrap around porch with views of cove mountain. My favorite place to sit was on one of the rockers on the back porch! Close to the smokey mountains - we did a few trails (met a bear on one), explored cabins and school houses, played in the streams, traveled Cade's Cove loop, Laurel Falls, & Clingman's dome as well as headed to pigeon forge and Gatlinburg for some fun. We had a great vacation! Would recommend this cabin to anyone!

Home away from home
This is our second stay at Cove Meadow Star. So roomy for the 2 of us. We like having our own bathrooms. . We enjoy the location within the development on flat lot that makes loading and unloading easy. The wrap around porch from front to back is extra large. The gliding Adirondack chairs are so comfortable. Cabin is well stocked with all you should need. The leather power recliner and sofas are comfortable and relaxing. Very clean. Thorough check in and check out information and instructions from owner. This cabin will be my go to when visiting Pigeon Forge and Sevierville.

The photos do not do it justice at all! We will be back to this exact same cabin home going forward. The back deck in particular is so much better than the photos. I can't go on enough about the value this place offers. Yes you have to book it well in advance (in most cases) and there's a reason why!!! Beds were better then most from our previous VRBO rentals. Wears Valley is close enough to everything we need. Went to Pigeon Forge/Sevierville one day, Townsend a few times and Cades Cove. It's a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the "tourist trap" stuff, which is exactly how we prefer it.

This was our second time to stay here. As I said in the first review the cabin is very cute, cozy, clean and very well stocked. We enjoyed the wrap around porch and all the rockers. We had a couple of warmish days and it was nice to sit in the sunshine. The fire place was warm and cozy at night. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning. We would absolutely recommend this cabin.
