Come stay at this beautiful log cabin with incredible views of Wears Valley and make some amazing memories in the heart of the Smoky Mountains!
Angel’s Rest is located in an area that give the most amazing views from both decks and even indoors, from the living area & kitchen. The sunsets are absolutely incredible. Our panoramic view of Wears Valley and the National Park is unmatched with incredible sunset views every evening. We know everybody says they have a great view, but we REALLY do. It’s like a picture postcard!

The cabin is located on 1+ acres in a low-density neighborhood on a cul-de-sac with two other cabins. Please see photos. You will enjoy the quiet privacy, yet only minutes away from all activities.
Angel’s Rest can sleep up to 8 people, with 2 bedrooms on the main floor and a large loft area. The loft area has 2 beds, a king and a queen and a full bath. The master bedroom has an ensuite and is located on the main floor. The second bedroom is also on the main floor and there is a full bath right next to it.
On the main floor you also have the open layout kitchen, which many guests have commented on because of how fully equipped it is, a TV that has Netflix access, a DVD player and Cable, two couches and access to the wraparound deck. The deck has a picnic table, rocking chairs, a fire pit and a barbeque.
On the bottom floor we have a game room with a 55-inch HDTV, theater seating and surround sound. The game room also has a pool table, an arcade game, foosball table, and card table. From the game room you can access the lower level deck, which has the hot tub.
As a guest in our cabin, you have access at no charge to you to Honeysuckle Meadows Pool & Fishing Pool. It is located 10mn away from the cabin and is open from Labor Day to Memorial Day.
Great news! The pool at Honeysuckle Meadows is opening a whole month earlier than usual this year, April 26th! Book a stay and make sure you get to enjoy a pool with the view of the Smokies all around.
Important things to note:
You can be hiking in the park in two minutes. We are located only 2 minutes from the 'secret' Wears Valley entrance to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. There are two trail heads right at the park entrance!
While perched on high up above the valley floor, access is easy via the paved road. The final 0.3 miles is a steep, but your regular sedan will have no problems.
Angels Rest Cabin is an easy 20-minute drive via route 321 to Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. A 20-minute drive through the park for access to Gatlinburg.
If you are looking for an intimate spectacular wedding location, feel free to contact me! Several small weddings, receptions, and honeymoons have taken place at Angels Rest. Most of the wedding couples are now regular repeat renters.

New Year's in the Smokies!
We stayed a week over New Year's Eve and had a fantastic time. The cabin was fabulous, it had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The views are AMAZING from the porch! The location cannot be beat to say the least! The host was very helpful in answering questions and ensuring our arrival was perfect. I would stay here again!

Good stay
Clean and comfortable. Road going up was steep but paved and well maintained. We were hauling 2 motorcycles on a trailer and had no issues. Place was as described but is showing some signs of wear.....some broken blinds and fireplace glass is smokey/cloudy (sealed unit) and may need cleaning or replacement.Also the oven had a dirty tray left in it and some burnt drippings encrusted on floor of oven. We did not contact owner and cleaned it ourselves before using. I would definitely stay there again but owner should consider a refresh for 5 stars (IMO). Amazing views, great floorplan and comfortable beds with nice linens and quilts. HVAC worked great. Overall great place

Wonderful Cabin!
We had such a wonderful time in this cabin. Beautiful view of mountains! Owner is helpful, kind and very responsive. Cabin is very clean and well stocked with all the kitchen items you would ever need. The road to get to the cabin has steep step style back and forth type roads but they are doable. (I have a Chevy Equinox with a 4 cylinder engine) Would definitely book this cabin again.

Amazing Cabin
The cabin is amazing and has a wonderful view. The owner Helene is fast and wonderful to deal with. The cabin is about 15-45 mins from town depending on traffic. The view is amazing from the deck at all times of the day, specially during sunsets. I highly recommend this cabin to anyone. We had a total of 5 in our party and there was plenty of room for us to spread out. Kids enjoyed the basement area with the pool table, theater area and Foosball table. Hot tub was nice but, its beginning to show its age. Housekeeper and maintenance team do a great job on keeping the cabin clean and maintained.

It was great to be able to bring our pets. It needs some updating. Dishwasher is crazy complicated. Upstairs bedroom is not private but open to the whole downstairs. Can not use living room without waking up everyone upstairs. Very steep road to get to the house. Dangerous looking road.

Angels Rest - Absolutely Perfect!
The pictures are beautiful but it doesn't do this place justice - breathtaking views no matter what the weather! Angels Rest was a perfect location for us, close enough to town (5 min. drive down the mountain), tourist area(s) were a short drive and very close to the Smokey Mountain Park but you definitely got the "cozy, cabin in the mountains" experience which was most important to us. This place was CLEAN and very well kept - everything worked and was exactly as described. The owners invested in all the right places - bedding, game room and comfortable furniture to enjoy the view and the people you're with. Everyone loved the game room and the open floor plan was perfectly suited to accommodate my family of four (kids ages 12 and 8) and my parents (ages 90 and 93) haha - just kidding Mom and Dad...we all had a great time staying at Angels Rest and we will absolutely be back!

You want for nothing!!
This cabin is the cream of the crop! Very spacious rooms, comfortable beds, nice size bathrooms. Anything you need, it was there. I'll give you an example. We had a crockpot, there was an insta-pot, every cooking utensil you needed. We packed hot dog roasting sticks and there was some already there. You want for nothing because it's all right there. Helene is excellent to communicate with. She answers your questions promptly. If I had to name my favorite part about the cabin , it would have to be the deck. The lighting, the amount of seating, the fire pit. If I had any complaints it would be that we couldn't stay longer. Thank you so much David and Helene for an amazing place to call home away from home.

Awesome Place!
This was such a great place for a family vacation. Plenty of room to spread out. There were six of us (all over the age of 25) and the accommodations were just right. Before we got there, I had asked the owner if we could have a friend come down and possibly stay the night, absolutely yes was the reply which I was thankful for. So very accommodating and very willing to make our stay the best it could be. Wears Valley has some great restaurants and little shops and this place is just about 30 minutes from Gatlinburg (through the park of course which is slower speed), which for us was just perfect away from the hustle and bustle; and about ten minutes to the park entrance...again perfect travel time for us. The home was two levels with a basement that had a pool table that we used quite a bit as well. There is a hot tub, but we did not use it, only because it was actually pretty warm when were were there (5/13-5/18). The road going up was pretty steep, but definitely worth it for the valley views! I would recommend this place and would definitely return for a future stay! Thank you!

Beautiful overview of the Wears Valley & Smoky Mountain foothills.
The cabin is nested in the foothills of Smoky Mountains that overlooks the Wears Valley area. Great place to see the sun setting behind the mountains. The cabin is located about 30 minutes from Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg & the national park depending on traffic. This is a beautiful cabin with amenities but needs some lovin like replacing the burnt-out light bulbs, repair some leaking bathroom fixtures, replace outdoor deck furniture, minor repairs to deck boards and clean the big windows overlooking the valley. I would remove the poison ivy that is growing near the hot tub on the lower deck. If you have family members that gets car sickness, you may want to tell to keep their eyes on the roadway because the roadway is winding and very steep near the cabin. Suggestion...turn around in cul-de-sac area just beyond the cabin driveway...it makes it easier to drive into the cabin driveway. There are some places near the cabin like a Dollar General store, a gas station and several local restaurants. The cabin beds and furniture are very comfortable. The cabin was spacious enough to accommodate our group people. The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary cooking appliances and utensils. Also, the cabin owner allowed us to bring along on our family dog which she slept on deck for the greater part of the day. Once the sun set behind the mountains, cabin has a fire pit on the upper deck to allow us to play games at picnic table while looking upon the burning firepit.

Experience Heaven on earth
Angels Rest couldn't be a more appropriate name. You are sleeping with the Angels here. This cabin is incredible and the view is AMAZING. It's far enough up the mountain for a GREAT view yet close enough to all you need; grocery, restaurants, shopping and adventures. Our visits to Gatlinburg only have two requirements, our favorite restaurants to eat, The Apple Barn for home cooking (like grandma used to make) and The Peddler (be sure to ask for a creekside window table). This cabin has the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in which completes the rest and relaxation you will go home with. The pictures are exactly what the place looks like. My only suggestion would be small tables on the deck by the rocking chairs to set your coffee/tea etc on. Other than that, it's all good. This was our 3rd visit and we are hoping to make it annually. Our trip was right after the fire so I contacted Helene numerous times to be sure everything was Ok and she responded almost immediately each time. As for the fires, we didn't see hardly any of the damage. GAtlinburg and Pigeon Forge main areas were untouched it appeared. I'm only hoping I didn't tell too many people about this place that they want days we're interested in, lol. If you want to be in the midst of the hustle and bustle tourist scene, this isn't your place. Peace and relaxation is what you will get and go home with from Angel's Rest, guaranteed!

Can’t beat the view
My family loved our getaway to this cabin. The highlight was the incredible view from the deck, where we were able to enjoy several beautiful sunsets. We also got a lot of great use out of the outdoor fire pit, indoor fireplace, hot tub & pool table. Owner was easy to work with from start to finish. We definitely recommend this cabin and hope to visit again soon.

Would Stay Here Again
This is a very spacious cabin with a gorgeous view. The only real drawback is the cabin is up a winding road that isn’t for the faint of heart. If you’re not afraid of that it’s totally worth it. We brought our daughter here with her friends for her birthday. The owner is very responsive and took care of an issue we’d had very quickly.
