Walking distance to many restaurants including: Buffalo Wild Wings, TGI Fridays, Quaker Steak and Lube, Texas Roadhouse, Applebees, Fuddruckers and many more. Beside new movie cinema. The is easy access to Dollywood without having to get on the parkway. We also have another 3 Bedroom VRBO # 660593 if the dates you are looking for are taken. We also have a 1 bedroom that sleeps 4 at VRBO # 806887

It was centrally located and very clean. Well positioned in the heart of all activities. We were there on a fishing trip and it was a wonderful stay. We would highly recommend it to anyone and we would stay there again.

We love staying in this condo! Always clean, convenient location, river side in the morning is always peaceful, ducks and geese are a bonus for our group of animal lovers. Communication is always fast and helpful. Can't wait to go back.

We stayed at this property in early December 2023. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Owners were very quick to respond to any questions. Location was easy access to all of Sevierville and Pigeon Forge. Plenty of parking and covered entry way out of the weather. Definitely on our lists of good places to stay.

Property was clean, in the perfect location for everything we wanted to do. Very easy to get to. The condo was clean and well stocked with necessities. Conveniently located near a trolley stop as well as Walmart for grocery shopping. Beds were comfy and the fact that there were two king beds plus a queen fit our family perfectly! Definitely would stay her again!

Perfect Weekend Getaway!
Our family of 6 adults thoroughly enjoyed our quick 2 night getaway! The property was just as described and delightful. The condo was clean and as described. Also, the location was perfect to shopping, many restaurants, and activities! The communication was great with the owner as well. When we return, I will definitely look for this unit and would highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Great location. Easy in and out. The only complaint is from our elderly mothers. They said they wished there was a grab bar in the shower to help hold them up. Other than that, no complaints.

Cousins Wedding
This property was perfect for our small group of Senior cousins to come together & share memories while making new ones. It was spacious & welcoming. We traveled from upstate NY for a cousin’s son’s wedding. The property was perfectly located near everything we needed. The owners were always prompt to answer any questions we had.
