Perfect Penthouse
Great location on Seven Mile beach. The view from the deck is an amazing place for coffee and cocktails. Easy to access all attractions and nice having the Marriott nextdoor.

This is a great place to stay in Grand Cayman. My family of 6 loved it. Unit had everything we needed, walking distance to restaurants and bars. The only thing I’d point out is there really is no beach anymore, the water goes right up to the concrete area for the pool.

We had an amazing week; 6 adults. The unit was beautiful and well-equipped. The outdoor patio space was spectular; sunset views every night!! Great walking distance restaurant and shop options.

This is a very nice condo with a beautiful paio and space The title advertises “beachfront “ which is not accurate. The ocean comes right to the lower patio and you can’t walk on the beach directly from here. It’s waterfront and you need to walk somewhere around 15 minutes on the road to get to the beach

Great place. Good location. Only downside is beach is not as big/wide as it looks on the pictures, but everything else was exactly as it looks. Beach is still great just don't expect this huge side beach right in front of the property. And the grills are propane so no need to buy charcoal.

Best Family Vacation Ever
We had the whole family of 6 (+1 boyfriend) on this vacation and it was universally considered the best family vacation we've ever taken. Beautiful condo, amazing view, and super convenient location. We walked to restaurants, shopping, and for groceries and popped next door to the Marriott for drinks, a few meals, and water sports. The condo was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Most of all, we are just in awe of the view.

What a Grand vacation
We had a beautiful time in penthouse 131. The view is absolutely amazing worth every penny. We were a family of five. It was very comfortable and quiet. The condo is stocked with everything that you need and Carol is just a text away with any questions you may have. Love this property and would definitely recommend it to others.

Location, location, location!
We chose this property based on the images in the listing and were not disappointed! Magnificent water views, ocean front on 7 mile beach and huge, well-appointed outdoor space make unit #131 extra special. Wake up to coffee on the terrace, walk downstairs and snorkel right off the beach, soak up the sun, grab drinks or dinner at the Marriott steps away, then watch the sunset from the best view on the island back on the terrace.

Great sunsets, but beach is not as advertised.
This is a great property with beautiful views, but we specifically chose this spot because of the beach photos. Turns out, there are very minimal spots of sand and most of the property is lined by sea walls. Had visions of morning beach walks, but not here.

Finally made it! And worth it
This is a trip we had planned since 2020, but due to Covid restrictions we had to keep putting it off. The property was as advertised in terms of “what you see is what your getting” although due to erosion, most of the beach was missing which was unfortunate but that’s Mother Nature. The property was nice, the private pool was welcoming after being in the sea each day. The property host and housekeeping were very responsive to any questions or needs we had during our stay and check in/out was very easy.Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent condo and property
The RBC is in a great location on SMB and it was easy to get to restaurants, grocery, and other activities. We loved the condo, view, and awesome water and wouldn't hesitate to rent again. The security officers were great and very helpful and this property is definitely one of the nicest we have stayed at on GCI. Two downsides: Since we went in the low season, there was A LOT of renovation construction on-going at the Marriott next door that was extremely loud every day and detracted from our experience. Secondly, the picture of the beach in front of RBC should be updated since there really isn't a sandy beach anymore and we were expecting to have chairs on the beach instead of just up at the pool.

Spring Break Caymans
We booked at Regal Beach Club for spring break. Very nice property with a pool and tennis court on the beach. The apartment was lovely. We had the top floor with terrace overlooking the ocean with a great outdoor space. Location was walking distance to many stores and restaurants, but you do need a car. Parking at the property was adequate. The property is directly next door to the Marriott and it was easy to walk between the properties to use their restaurant etc. You will hear a lot of activity/music from the Marriott. Unfortunately there has been serious erosion of the beach which is nearly nonexistent at the Regal. If you want more beach you need to move further north on Seven Mile Beach. Overall, we had a positive experience and would recommend highly.

Fantastic views and location
What a great place! The first things you notice when you walk in or how clean the entire unit is and the fantastic, indescribable, view from the balcony. The whole unit is spacious, three bedrooms and updated bathrooms as well as a fairly stocked kitchen, lots of TV channels for those rainy days in a great location. Peppers across the street has excellent lunch and dinner fare (try the oxtail for those who never have and like to try new things), it's just a short walk to breakfast, lunch or dinner. Our favorite part was a quarter mile swim/snorkel down towards the main area of seven Mile Beach and back. Saw flounder, crabs, numerous fish, found great shells, and the water is as clear as can be. We've already agreed that we would like to stay here when we come back.

This is an amazing property. It is very clean and very well stocked. Views from the balcony are spectacular. Location fantastic walking to coffee shops and great restaurants at Camana Bay (10 min walk through beautiful green walk way). If you don't plan to venture elsewhere in the island you don't even need a car. Walking to grocery store at Camana Bay, there are busses and taxis available easily. Lot's of space in the apartment for large family (sleeping for 7). Marriott next door is a bonus for an evening drink. Water sports next door. No noise carries from the bar as apartment is very quiet at night. Highly recommend this place. We loverd it!!!

Amazing Trip in Grand Cayman
Our family of 5 had a wonderful vacation in Grand Cayman. My husband and I honeymooned on Grand Cayman, 7 Mile Beach, 27 years ago and it was so nice to come back with our kids. Our favorite part was the amazing outside space in the condo right over the ocean. Although the whole condo was beautiful, and more than met our needs, we spent most of the time we were in the condo outside on the deck....the view was breathtaking and it was amazing to have the private space. It was so nice to have the Marriott right next door. We could pop over for a drink or food in no time at all. The location was prime and it was nice to be able to walk to Camana Bay and little shops nearby. Our kids (23, 21 and 1) all loved the condo and the location. Carol was so nice and responsive with questions we had and we are so thankful we found her VRBO....it seemed to good to be true on line but when we got there we were so happy!

Amazing balcony in a great location!
This property is a gem on "7-mile beach" and my family loved this place. Most of us were in Cayman to dive and generally enjoy the warmth and ocean. The balcony is unmatched in the area for both its size, proximity to the water and spectacular views. We had amazing views of the entire coast north of us and were easily able to watch all the fireworks on New Year's Eve. The location is convenient to Camana Bay and multiple grocery and liquor stores. It is also directly across the street from Peppers restaurant which is our favorite casual place on the island for local dishes. You are also right next to the Marriott which is another easy place to go for food and drinks. The kitchen is great and worked well for the private chef we had for New Year's Eve. The only knock on this place was the fact that the beach is small and has completely disappeared in some places primarily due to construction to close to the water. Still, with a little wading you can easily pull off a couple mile walk on the beach. Regardless, the swimming here is great and Red Sail Sports at the Marriott rents paddle boards and other recreational water equipment. I can't really imagine staying anywhere else after enjoying the immense balcony on this property.
