This condo has been remodelled & updated with all the necessities guests would need to enjoy a great vacation. There is a great patio that overlooks the beach with great views from the main living area. This condo is located on the 2nd floor, so is easy to access and in a great location that is steps away from the beautiful white sands of 7 Mile Beach & other amenities on property. Where this complex is located there is plenty of beach to take long walks and enjoy everything about the island!

The condo is ideally located in a quite part of 7 Mile Beach. It is a 2 bedroom with ensuite bathrooms that can sleep up to 4. If you are looking for a relaxing getaway, with an amazing beachfront condo, and amenities of being in the comfort of a home that isn't next to the large hotels, then this is the place for you!

The Discovery Point Club has great views with access to both beach and pool. For this particular property/unit, we enjoyed having snorkel equipment to use and some random pool floats. However, the floor was filthy, the safe was broken, television didn’t work, the kitchen was not fully stocked, and the water temperature in both showers had two temps (really hot or really cold). I would choose to stay at Discovey Point Club again but probably not this unit.

Gorgeous beachfront stay
The condo is on a quiet but beautiful section of seven mile beach. The unit is cozy and the view from the screened in porch is amazing. The property managers were very responsive and they provided the essentials (toilet paper, soap, laundry detergent, etc) to last us our short stay. The beach on the property has chairs and cabanas out for guests. The sand in the water is a little rocky in some spots but there are some soft sandy spots as well. Some of the best snorkeling during our whole trip was directly out front of our condo!

Enjoyable Stay in Cayman
This unit is very comfortable and has everything you need for a break at the ocean. The screened in balcony kept any bugs out, the kitchen was well stocked, the A/C and wifi worked really well, the sand and ocean are right in front of you and the location is close to most anything -just an easy drive from the more crowded parts of Seven Mile Beach. We went snorkeling just off the beach which was safe and easy. My only gripe is that the lighting in the living area was fine for watching TV, but not good enough for reading on the couch or chair. Otherwise, we had a most enjoyable time and would confidently recommend this unit for others.

Perfect condo, perfect location!
We loved our stay here. The condo is fully updated, functional, and well-located. This stretch of 7 mile beach cannot be beat--the snorkeling right out front was incredible. The pool was great and the condo was conveniently located to shopping and restaurants.

The condo was squeaky clean, had all the comforts of home, and had the best view of Seven Mile Beach!! Coffee on the balcony was a favorite morning ritual. It had everything you need in the kitchen to cook at home, close to restaurants and Camana Bay for shopping was just a short drive. The owners were so nice and helpful! They sent us a list of their fav restaurants before arriving. Cocoloba & Tillies are a must! Our family of 4 throughly enjoyed our time here and can't wait to be back.

Amazing!!!
We loved Discovery Point! The condo was perfect for our family and the views were AMAZING! The beach was quiet and the water was like swimming in a pool. My husband snorkeled and saw all sorts of fish and sea life. It’s located on the quieter end of Seven Mile Beach and the condo has everything you need. We will be back!!

Beautiful place, great location, away from the crowds, able to snorkel right from the beach in front. A little sargassum because it was windy but they cleaned it up immediately. Definitely recommend!

Amazing stay at Discovery Point
The condo is perfect. Updated. Clean. Stocked nicely with towels and toiletries. Great views and exactly as described. We are familiar with discovery point but it always exceeds our expectations. It’s perfectly situated on 7 MI beach/ west bay. Communication with owners was perfect. Almost instantaneous. I have nothing but amazing things to say. We are a family of 4 with a 7 year old and 10 year old. The kids had a blast. We will be back!

Nice condo on beautiful beach
The condo is nicely updated and very well provisioned with just about anything you might need. The grounds at Discovery Point are very nice with lots of huts and chairs near the beach and pool. The only downside is distance to restaurants and grocery store. We did not have a car so some long walks. We did use the public bus once and should have more often. I would recommend this units Hosts were great to work with and very responsive

Beautiful condo perfect amenities and location
We loved our stay at Discovery Point, the condo was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of the ocean and beach, and steps away from the sand and pool. We chose this over a resort and we were not disappointed as we didn’t have to fight for chairs, cabanas, or space at sunset for a view with a glass of wine on the beautiful screened in porch. Definitely coming back soon!

Very nice condo on 7 MIle Beach
This condo is right on the beach, with reefs for snorkeling right in front and just a short walk to Cemetery Beach. The pool is large, kept very clean, and the beach area offers chairs, umbrellas and loungers. This unit was clean and well-stocked. The owners were very responsive to inquiries. This is a great place to stay on Grand Cayman.

Location, Location, Location
The condo is in a great location. It is easy to get to stores, hot spot places, the beach is right there outside the patio, restaurants are just minutes away. The condo is comfortable and laid out well and there is ample parking. The hosts are kind and quickly respond to questions or needs. I highly recommend this condo. This condo will always be special to me as my best friends were with me as I got engaged rite on the beach front property during the sunset in Cayman.

Beautiful beach resort!
Everything was as advertised. The beach view was great from our patio! Right off the beach we snorkeled along the reef which was amazing. The property was clean and well taken care of. Shopping is a long walk but public buses run back and forth so was no issue. Can’t wait to return and stay with Heather and Justin’s place! Thanks.

GORGEOUS PROPERTY & AMAZING LOCATION
We really had a wonderful stay in Grand Cayman. This condo was well equipped, furnished nicely and located right on the beach. Beds were super comfortable and communication with the owners was excellent. We were able to view beautiful sunsets every night and had some great snorkeling right outside the back door. There is even a famous sunken ship located close to the property that you can get to and snorkel/dive around. One of the other highlights was the property has the nicest guy ever named Jerian making sure the guests are well cared for. One of the first days we were there Jerian, took a machete to some fresh coconuts and gave each of us one of them so we could drink the coconut water. It was awesome. Jerian also had paddle boards for rent ($50 a day). There are restaurants very close as well as a grocery store and liquor store. It was tough for us to leave. My only surprise and this is not negative but rather an FYI is that the pictures for this condo show the second bedroom as having two double queens. There is only one queen bed in the second bedroom. We may have missed the fine print on that one. Was a little disappointed but we made the best of it. We will DEFINITELY come back here again! I highly recommend booking this location. Annette : )
