Guest Inclusions:

Our guests have access to 2 freshwater pools, 2 grilling areas with large Weber gas grills, a lighted tennis court, plenty of green and garden space, lounge and seating chairs at the pools as well as on the beach and pop-up umbrellas at the pools and beach (please see beach summary below). The minimum rental age for the condo is 30 years old.

Please Note: The southern end of Seven Mile Beach has been experiencing ongoing migratory sand shifting and beach erosion. The properties south of Grand Cayman Marriott Beach Resort, including the hotel and Plantation Village, have been affected by this erosion at times during the year. This is a seasonal, cyclical and changing situation. Some weeks there is plenty of sand allowing guests to lounge on the beach, and at other times there is no sand.

Please be aware that there is a chance that the Plantation Village beach may not be present during your stay due to the tidal shift. There are free public beaches along the balance of Seven Mile Beach to frequent for sunbathing if the beach at the southern end is not hospitable. The water in front of Plantation Village continues to offer guests unparalleled snorkelling, sea kayaking and paddle boarding experiences whether the sand is present or not. We have discounted our reservation rates to take into consideration this beach issue.

Convenient Location:

For divers, there is an equipment rinse area and dive excursions can also be arranged.  The resort is within a short walk of many excellent shops, restaurants, the post office, a bank, the cinema, bars, pubs, dive shops and duty-free shopping.

A visit to Cayman isn't complete without a visit to Stingray City. Tour operators will pick you up at the condo to take you to Stingray City or Scuba Diving.

Also, within walking distance is Cayman's newest development, Camana Bay, where you will find the cinema, shops, restaurants, and a nice treat of ice cream or frozen yogurt.

Bus Route:

Our condo is also on the bus route for easy access to downtown George Town or Hell and the Turtle Farm in West Bay. The closest supermarket is about a 15-minute walk or 3 minutes on the bus. Walk one way and bus home.
The Plantation Village Beach Resort is ideally situated on 7 Mile Beach and neighbours several other highly popular vacation resort properties.

You are about a 10-minute cab ride from the Owen Roberts International Airport.  You can easily get around by walking, taking the public bus or renting a car for part or all of your stay, to be able to explore all of what Grand Cayman has to offer.
