Welcome to The Georgetown Villas Unit 203, located in the heart of 7-mile beach on beautiful Grand Cayman. The Georgetown Villas consists of 54 oceanfront and ocean-view condominiums in a lush garden setting overlooking the beach, coral reefs and multi-coloured blue and turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea.

Georgetown Villas Unit #203 is a stunningly decorated, 2nd-floor, private middle unit with direct ocean and garden views.

Accommodation:

The master bedroom is a spacious haven featuring a comfy king-size bed, beach and Caribbean sea views, an en-suite bathroom, and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom offers ample space with two cozy twin beds and its own attached guest bathroom.

Fully Equipped:

Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and a living area that offers plenty of relaxing seating with a large screen, flat panel TV and ocean views. Ceiling fans in every room, central A/C, dishwasher, linens, beach towels, washer/dryer, iron, ironing board, blow dryer and complimentary WIFI are provided. There are paper towel, spices, and a variety of kitchen amenities provided for your benefit!

Love the ocean/snorkelling?

There is natural Cayman lava rock at the water's edge and an easy access ladder into the turquoise sea for fabulous snorkelling and swimming in the calm, warm waters. Enjoy the best snorkelling on 7 Mile Beach. The Wreck of the Gamma is a short swim from the condo. There are plentiful coral heads and an abundance of sea life!  There is snorkel equipment provided for the guests' use!

Beach/pool lover?

Lounge on the uncrowded beach, head to our freshwater pool, or walk up the luxurious white-sand 7-mile beach. The beach by the condo is mostly sugar tan and white sand with some coral reefs and rocks washed ashore. Relax on one of several beach loungers while soaking in the view of passing boats and breathtaking sunsets.

Tennis/Pickle Ball anyone?

The Georgetown Villas tennis court is configured for both tennis and Pickle Ball, complimentary for our guests.

Kirk's (an excellent supermarket just a 10 min walk away), beer/wine/liquor stores, countless restaurants/cafes, Camana Bay and George Town (downtown). You can also visit the Cayman turtle farm, Rum Point and a visit to 'hell' and back (with a short/easy bus ride).

Water Sports:

The main attraction on the island is the water sports activities. A short walk to the Marriott offers you parasailing, windsurfing, and jet skis. Snorkelling and diving on the island are considered to be some of the best in the world.

Perfect location!
Enjoy the ocean and gorgeous sunsets in this perfect property! We loved how we could walk to several shops and restaurants and the gym nearby offered a punch card. We couldn’t be happier.

Beautiful Condo
The condo was absolutely beautiful. It was as described and more. The property manager was there waiting for us when we arrived. This condo was decorated with fantastic furniture and had every cooking convenience that you could ask for. We will definitely want to rent this condo again.

The property was even better than shown in the pictures! The location was perfect, close to restaurants and grocery store, and we enjoyed the pool and snorkeling right off the beach. The Condo was well furnished with everything. The management person (Sonya) was there to welcome us when we arrived and answered a lot of our questions. Fantastic place

Well stocked as many have commented (with the exception of any beach chairs, darn). Convenient location to beach areas, shopping and restaurants! Close to the airport as well. The grounds are beautiful and the pool was fantastic. Everything is so well cared for.

Gorgeous condo!
We loved the property and the location could not be beat. The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The views were incredible! The property was well maintained and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The reef right in front of the property was very nice for snorkeling too.

They had everything we could have wanted and more!
We have stayed at Georgetown Villas many times in the past, but had never stayed at this particular condo # 203. If you’ve ever been to the Cayman Islands, you realize it’s very expensive to stay there, but when you can eat in and offset the food cost, you can justify it! This condo had everything that traditionally is in a condo, but had plenty of paper products, nice appliances, plenty of fresh new spices, lots of dishwasher liquid and laundry supplies. These owners thought about every single thing that anyone could want and it was there! Snorkeling equipment and a portable cooler, plenty of linens and complimentary wine and fabric steamer were just a few of the items we used! We were amazed because not only did I bring my own foil, ziploc bags and spices to save a little money, it was already there! We will forever stay at this condo as long as it’s available because the thoughtfulness that has gone into every single detail. By the way the views are beautiful and the condo was very clean and neat.

Beautiful condo, fully equipped, great snorkeling
This was our first time in Cayman. We loved it here. The condo was first class - it has everything you could possibly need, and a beautiful view of the ocean right from your patio. It is within walking distance to Kirk's Market, a great grocery store, and walking distance to some great restaurants and beautiful beach areas. We would definitely stay here again!

It felt like we were staying at a friends house rather than a rental it was so well equipped! Anything you could think of was there. Jennifer was very helpful getting us settled and had lots of good information about our stay. Great snorkeling right outside our condo.

Great condo in a great location!
This condo was perfect for our family of 4. It is in a perfect location, right at the beginning of 7 mile beach and about 5 minutes from downtown Georgetown. The condo has everything stocked you would ever need. Beds are super comfortable. It has a small rocky beach area, but for great snorkeling. And the view off the balcony is fantastic! Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice rental well stocked. Pool and grounds are very neat and clean. Snorkeling right off the beach and minutes walk to 7 mile beach or Kirk supermarket. Owners reserve tennis court on some mysterious website though and kick you off if you are playing, which is a drawback to communal VRBO rentals.
