Plus, you're just a few steps away from some of the best snorkelling spots around, making it easy to enjoy spa-like relaxation both in and out of the crystal-clear waters.

Inside, this 2nd-floor gem boasts lovely furnishings and a calming, spa-inspired decor that's as refreshing as a sea breeze. And when it comes to location, we've got you covered. You're conveniently within walking distance of everything you might need, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds. This is your perfect escape to unwind, recharge, and immerse yourself in the beauty of the sea. Welcome to paradise!

Accommodation:

The master bedroom is a spacious haven featuring a comfy king-size bed, beach and Caribbean sea views, an en-suite bathroom, and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom offers ample space with two cozy twin beds and its own attached guest bathroom. Additionally, there's a queen sofa bed in the living area, making the condo suitable for a comfortable stay for up to 5 guests.

Fully Equipped:

Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and a living area that offers plenty of relaxing seating with a large screen, flat panel TV and ocean views.  Ceiling fans in every room, central A/C, dishwasher, linens, beach towels, washer/dryer, iron, ironing board, blow dryer and complimentary WIFI are provided.  A complimentary pack-n-play and bay stroller are also provided, along with 2 lightweight folding beach chairs.

Love the ocean/snorkelling?

There is natural Cayman lava rock at the water's edge and an easy access ladder into the turquoise sea for fabulous snorkelling and swimming in calm, warm waters.  Enjoy the best snorkelling on 7 Mile Beach. The Wreck of the Gamma is a short swim from the condo. There are plentiful coral heads and an abundance of sea life!

Beach/pool lover?

Lounge on the uncrowded beach, head to our freshwater pool, or walk up the luxurious white-sand 7-mile beach.  The beach by the condo is mostly sugar tan and white sand with some coral reefs and rocks washed ashore. Relax on one of several beach loungers while soaking in the view of passing boats and breathtaking sunsets.

Tennis/Pickle Ball anyone?

The Georgetown Villas tennis court is configured for both tennis and Pickle Ball, complimentary for our guests.

About the Neighborhood:
The condo complex includes a sparkling swimming pool, free parking, private tennis courts and BBQ/grills.  This excellent location is within walking distance to:

Kirk's (an excellent supermarket just a 10 min walk away), beer/wine/liquor stores, countless restaurants/cafes, Camana Bay and George Town (downtown).  You can also visit the Cayman turtle farm, Rum Point and a visit to 'hell' and back (with a short/easy bus ride).

The main attraction on the island is the water sports activities. A short walk to the Marriott offers you parasailing, windsurfing, and jet skis. Snorkelling and diving on the island are considered to be some of the best in the world.

Wonderful time in Grand Cayman
This property is located at the south end of 7 mile beach and a bit off the hustle and bustle of that place. If you want quiet, a great pool, ocean access for snorkeling and some good restaurants within walking distance, this is a great choice. I'd stay there again.

Perfect spot to get away and relax in the Cayman Islands. Nice pool, quiet atmosphere. Ocean front has beautiful snorkeling. Walkable to a very nice grocery store, and Georgetown restaurants. Well equipped for cooking in. Communication and check in was very easy/ prompt.

Wonderful stay
My family and I had a terrific stay! The condo is nice and clean, and their are shops and grocery stores close by. There is construction next door to the complex, but the occasional noise wasn't very bothersome. We would definitely book here again.

Wonderful stay
We had a great stay in George Town Villas and in Grand Cayman! The location was perfect, we were close to so many restaurants and shopping centers. The place was clean and exactly as pictured. They may have gotten a new water heater since the previous comments because the water was nice and warm for showers! Don’t hesitate to book this VRBO if you’re planning a trip to the Caymans!

Our family of four had a great time visiting Grand Cayman and staying at this beautiful property. Everything was as shown in the listing and photos including the easy access to pool and beach and views of the water. Snorkeling right off the beach was so cool. We didn’t rent a car but everything was a short taxi ride away - with a number of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Manager Ildi was super helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was exactly as advertised. Beautiful home, even better sunset views. Communication with Don and property management throughout was a pleasure. We got exactly what we were looking for. The property was extremely clean and everything worked well. Pool area is right on beach, clean and quiet. Will definitely be returning to this wonderful place.

An Excellent Property
Loved the location of the unit right up by the water. The rocky coast made it so that there weren't a lot of people walking by so it was very peaceful. Well furnished down to blender. We were very impressed that when said blender broke, the manager delivered a new one the next morning. Great service and a great experience.

Fabulous condo and Awesome location
Logistics of our stay were excellent. Manager was very responsive to several pre-arrival questions. Access to the property was easy, and the condo was very clean and well equipped including beach towels. Location is excellent as we walked to a few places and explored the entire island in our rental car. World Gym being located right across the street was great as we both hit the gym everyday. No issues with the condo and I'm sure we will return again sometime.

This apartment has an amazing unobstructed view . Had all the amenities we needed and the some. Plenty of space - full kitchen. The best part is we were able to snorkel right outside our door on the private beach and enjoy the pool. Very convenient location where we walked to various restaurants, bus stop, and scooters are also available . The property manager and owner are very responsive . Definitely recommend and would go back

Clean and friendly complex. Beautiful views. Beach is very small but being right on the water more than makes up for that. There is a high rise under construction next door. Though NO fault of this complex or unit, it’s very noisy right now. Hopefully that will be completed soon. Construction everywhere on island, though. Property manager was amazing and extremely helpful!

Great condo situated between Georgetown and Seven Mile Beach
We enjoyed this condo for its view of the sea and the location between Georgetown and seven mile beach. It was clean and the property manager was amazing at communication and helpfulness. The condo was ready for us when we arrived for a slightly early check in. The pool was clean and well kept. There was construction daily in the pool area (jack hammer etc) but we understand those things have to happen to make improvements. Our 8 year old enjoyed the rocky shore, hermit crab watching, and snorkeling right at the complex’s “beach”. This was a quiet place to stay with friendly residents. The only thing that would have made the stay more comfortable would be improved twin mattresses in the second bedroom. We would stay here again!

Perfect Vacation Spot on 7 Mile Beach
Everything about our stay at 201 was just perfect! Best view on the island and the condo was clean, spacious well appointed and the reservation process was easy. If I had to leave on suggestion for the management, it would be to turn the hot water temp a notch. LOL. We had to take showers with the water on full hot, and even then it was just warm. Other than that it could not be a better spot! Quiet and next to everything you need! Great snorkeling right off the beach, even a fun shiowreck to explore about 100 yards south. Watch the cruise ships come in and out and enjoy the sunsets every night! We will be back!!
