Location:
The condo is conveniently located on the beach in the Seven Mile Beach corridor, Grand Cayman and in a quiet and secluded complex holding all the charm of an Island beach home. The unit offers a million-dollar seafront view of the Caribbean Sea with spectacular sunsets. There is easy access to the beachfront and walking distance to various amenities such as grocery stores, bars, restaurants, liquor stores, gyms, bakeries, pharmacies, doctor’s offices and more.
If you choose not to rent a car, no problem - you can find local buses and taxis just a 2-minute walk away on West Bay Road.
Accommodation:
The condo has 2-bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom features a King bed with a full glass-enclosed shower, toilet and basin in the master bathroom, while the 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and a twin bed. The guest bathroom features a bath and shower, toilet and basin. All bed linens, as well as bathroom and beach towels, are provided. All bedrooms have full blackout curtains and high-quality bed linens for your comfort.
To ensure you have a convenient start to your vacation, a starter package is included, consisting of essential items like toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher and laundry pods, kitchen dish detergent, hand soap, hand sanitiser, and bathroom essentials like soap, shampoo, conditioner, and moisturizer. Upon request, we can provide a kiddies' toiletry kit with sunscreen and mosquito repellent.
Amenities include:
Four (4) folding beach chairs, one (1) beach umbrella, two (2) coolers, picnic plates/glasses, pool noodles, etc. All bath towels and beach towels are also provided.
Interior:
This fully renovated condo exudes a light and airy island vibe, complemented by vaulted ceilings, air conditioning, and ceiling fans in every room for your comfort. The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, kettle, and coffee machine. You'll also find basic pantry items such as salt, pepper, spices, vinegar, oil, and coffee filters to get you started.
For added convenience, the refrigerator features filtered water, an ice maker, and a Brita-filtered water container. A clothes washer and dryer are also available in the unit.
Entertainment options include a large 55" flat-screen HD smart TV, internet access, and a JBL Bluetooth speaker for your enjoyment inside the condo. Additionally, a curated book library offers a selection of both fiction and non-fiction titles for your reading pleasure.
Outdoor Space:
A highlight of the condo is the large fully covered verandah overlooking the gardens and beach providing a perfect spot for outdoor dining and relaxation. It is furnished with outdoor ceiling fans, an outdoor dining table, couches and a hammock. Folding beach chairs, pool/beach toys, kids' games/toys, puzzles, and portable beach coolers are available for guests' use. The property also features private lawns, a swimming pool with lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas, a BBQ area, a poolside shower, and a tennis court (tennis racquets are available for use in the condo). The condo offers easy access to the best snorkelling spots on Seven Mile Beach, including a shipwreck alive with corals and sea life right off the beach within swimming distance.
Aqua socks or water shoes are suggested for wading in the shallow waters in certain areas of Grand Cayman.
Recommended Restaurants:
Cayman is also well known for its excellent restaurants and the area offers a variety of restaurants to explore, including the following which are all within walking distance: Thai Orchid, The Kitchen, Coconut Joe's, Southern Spice, The Wharf, ICOA, The Bird, and Peppers.

- West Bay area: Papagallo's Restaurant, Macabuca, and Tukka West.

Supermarket and Sunday Closures:
Foster's and Kirk Market supermarkets are short drives away and offer all the necessary food and supplies as well as a large array of international food.
Note that supermarkets are closed on Sundays, but most restaurants and gas stations are open. Certain gas stations also sell liquor on Sundays.
