The condo was clean and well-appointed and the view from the balcony was beautiful. Great location with plenty of restaurants nearby and walking distance to Camana Bay. Plenty of pool and beach toys to keep the little one entertained. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay on Seven Mile Beach
We had a wonderful time at this beautiful condo. Location is excellent – the pool and beach were wonderful. We were close to many shops, restaurants and public busses. The property manager was accessible and helpful. We enthusiastically recommend this location!

Two adults stayed in this lovely condo for spring break 2024. The kitchen is well-outfitted, the bedrooms are roomy, and having two bathrooms is a wonderful treat. I would stay on this property again. The only "surprise" was no beach front to swim on our property. We were often found in pool chairs overlooking the ocean, but no direct beach access.

We had an amazing time. Condo was perfect location, clean and fully stocked. No beach and very rocky area to enter the water but amazing once you get in further. Water shoes recommended. Peppers restaurant across the street is a must. Would definitely rent again.

We very much enjoyed this property. It was very clean and in a great location. the self check-in was very easy. I only contacted the owner once before our stay began to confirm we were set for check-in and I received an immediate response. Everything was great once we arrived so I didn't need to contact the owner again, but I have no doubt I would have receive the same immediate response.

My family and I stayed at Regal Beach for 2 nights before heading to Rum Point for 5 nights. Regal beach condo was nice and check-in and out was super easy. We were running late and the property manager allowed a bit more time to check out. A nice property in the heart of 7 mile beach.

Well presented apartment overlooking sea and pool
Have stayed at a couple of condos on seven mile beach, and this apartment and complex is very good. Close (adjacent) to the pool and sea. Communal gas bbq close by. Ample parking, and only a couple of minutes drive from Camana Bay shopping. Host was very welcoming. Recommended. Will be back next time with the family for our regular Cayman visit.

The unit was very clean and well organized. The location is great with many good restaurants in walking distance. The only down side is the beach- it is small and very rocky. I recommend walking 10 minutes up the street to the public beach entrance where there is great sand and no rocks. Seven mile beach is very beautiful.

This was a perfect place for our group. The condo was very well equipped and had a great view. We cooked in a couple of nights and were able to walk to local restaurants a couple of other nights. We had one question and the owner quickly responded. I would highly recommend.

Heaven on 7 mile
So fortunate to have wonderful family vacation time at Regal Beach Club. Perfect location close to several incredible restaurants and just a short walk to Camana Bay. We played Pickleball every morning and then cooled off and enjoyed the amazing water all afternoon long. Sadly almost no beach left but we are floated, swam and paddle-boarded up and down the coast. If we really wanted to play in the sand it was only 40-50 feet away.

RELAX vacation
This property is perfect for a family with children or a couple looking to have a spectacular getaway. The ocean and sunset views are just right. The only downside is the lack of beach, but walking pass the Coral Beach Grill (to the right of the property,) will make all your troubles disappear!! ❤️ We WILL definitely return. Oh and Carol (our host) was available and helpful when needed. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️s!

Amazing week!
Great property! It was clean, nicely decorated, plenty of space, and had a gorgeous view. The kids loved the pool and the beach was perfect. We walked up and down the beach in both directions and I think "our" stretch of beach was one of the best. The Regal Beach has nice chairs and we never felt overcrowded. Having the Marriott next store was really nice too because we had amenities (like a restaurant, coffee shop, and a Red Sail sports rental outlet) but our beach was much quieter. Can't wait to go back!!!

We truly enjoyed our time in Cayman. The condo was just as described. The grounds are beautiful and there is a security guard at all times. We walked everywhere and always felt safe. It is true the beach isn't that big, but even while we were there it looked to be getting better. The water is gorgeous, but bring some water shoes as there are rocks in the water. Also be ready for some sticker shock, food and alcohol cost more, but it wont stop us from coming back!

Perfect Mother & Daughters Getaway
We found the perfect spot for a Mother & daughters getaway. This apartment is gorgeous! With a beautiful view of the ocean from the patio screened in porch. The beds are comfortable - everyone slept well. (Pillows in the Master bedroom were a bit hard) that is our only complaint. Everything we needed was here. We highly recommend this beautiful apartment. The location on Seven Mile beach in Grand Cayman is perfect. We felt very safe in this area. Be sure to go to the Sunshine Grill for the delicious Fish Tacos and Sunshine Scramble.

Nice place to Stay
This location was nice. It is located right next to the Marriott. The pictures are accurate. The unit has a full pool and sunset view. If I had a negative to share, it would be 7 mile beach is not longer. Not in this area. Another negative, there are no elevators, and it is a 3 story location. If staying a week and you need groceries, Kirks is just mintues to the north, be prepared to spend a lot of money for food, its expensive. (Whether you go out or get groceries) The security on property is pretty good about non-residents that try to pass through, are asked to leave. Beach towels and other linens are in this unit, along with all detergents. I would recommend this unit, it is on the 2nd floor, for any travelers, families, couples etc.

Excellent Trip
The overall experience at this location was nothing less than fantastic. The property was perfectly located and the place was very clean and fully stocked with amenities. My wife and I went with some friends of ours, and thoroughly enjoyed our visit at this location. There are multiple restaurants and stores within walking distance, but did find it quite nice to have rented a car. This granted us the opportunity to visit most of the island, and go to various different beaches. The water was crystal clear, making it a prime destination for snorkeling. The only disappointing part was the lack of beach at this location. There is a retaining wall that leads directly to the ocean, but there is virtually no beach and it’s pretty rocky so I reccomended brining some sort of water shoes if you plan to spend much time in the water. We were able to book the stingray encounter in addition to visiting the local caves. Both were a must see adding to the experience of this trip. The island felt incredibly safe, and would highly reccomended this for all couples but especially those with kids or families.
