Our condo is a spacious 3 bedrooms that can accommodate 6 to 8 people .You will have magnificent views of the ocean from the balcony and living room . You are steps away from Seven Mile beach .
The condo is fully equipped to receive guests (family with grand parents, two families, two couples...).You will definitely enjoy having meals in the lanai .

The location is perfect . 10 minutes cab ride from the airport and at walking distance from many restaurants . You are a short walk away from Camana Bay , renowned for its shops and wonderful restaurants .

Grand Cayman also offers a lot of activities like: scuba diving, snorkeling (in front of the condo!), fishing, golfing , stingrays .
Children won' t be left out : swim with dolphins , turtle farm , ....

Sports and activities: Our complex is almost next to the Mariott Beach resort , where you can enjoy water sports activities like jet ski , sailing, snorkeling... etc.
We are also steps away from a divers shop .

Shopping: We are also very close to the commercial boulevard of 7 mile beach (just far enough to be quiet) where you will find stores and restaurant. You can travel on this boulevard by a small tourist bus which can bring you downtown Georgetown in 2 minutes for $2!

NOTICE REGARDING CURRENT BEACH SITUATION:
A tropical disturbance formed adjacent to Grand Cayman in June 2022. This produced extremely strong tidal action that eroded the beach along most of the southern end of Seven Mile Beach. At this time, most of the sand has been eroded from the beach in front of our condo and the water is coming right up to our seawall, with underwater rocks exposed form the lack of sand. This beach situation occurs every few years and may return to normal by the action of winds and storms. This is why our prices are already discounted by 20% to take into consideration this beach erosion issue. It is still possible to swim in the ocean in front of the condo, but if you prefer a nice sandy beach, the nearest access to a sandy area for swimming is just a couple of minutes walk across the parking lot of a neighbouring property where you will find a public beach access that will bring you to a sandy section of beach where you can swim. All beaches are public in terms of walking or swimming, however, all facilities at all properties are private. Bars and restaurants at these properties, however, do welcome anyone.
Additionally, there is a very large public beach located about a 5 minute drive to the north, where you can find bathroom facilities as well as shaded cabanas etc. Loungers can also be rented.
Please note that as a guess at Tamarind Bay you obviously have access to the very inviting pool area for your use, with loungers, umbrellas, and 2 shaded cabanas. BBQ facilities are also adjacent to the pool area.

Beautiful views from the living room and patio. The pool was amazing, and the condo was so lovely, and fully stocked with everything you could want for cooking, hanging out, and for going to the beach. The location was great with restaurants within walking distance and close by to everything else.

Great Location
Quiet condo complex in great location. Easy access, manager on site to assist with questions, and many restaurants within walking distance. Condo fully stocked with everything you need, especially the towels. The best part was the view of the ocean from the living room and lanai.

This is an excellent place to stay in the Caymans. The Management group are wonderful and so knowledgeable.. The unit fit seven of us perfectly. This place is also within walking distance to several wonderful restaurants and shopping.It is clean and a wonderful place to stay!! This is our third time here and absolutely love it!

Beautiful place. Clean and comfortable. Had a bit of a problem with the air conditioning but our host had 2 company's come in to help. Then called twice to make sure were cool enough. I would recommend this condo for a family vacation. The beach has eroded away but you can still snorkel and Governors Beach is a short bus ride away. We were very happy with our accommodations

Wonderful Stay
The condo was perfect for our family of four although it could have easily accommodated a bigger group. There was a natural great reef off to the left of complex and an artificial reef in front of the Marriott next door. There was very little beach but Pierre was very upfront about that, so we were prepaid. There are several good restaurants in walking distance and you can get to Camana Bay easily by pedestrian bridge.

Wonderful Place and Location
Everything about this property was first class and as depicted on the website. We really enjoyed it. A couple of quick notes. There is no beach at the property so you have to walk a short distance and the third floor apartment which has a great view is a walk-up. You won't be disappointed.

Excellent property despite loss of beach access
Condo was very nice. We knew beach access was gone due to erosion but this was also true for nearby properties. This was only reason to not give it 5 stars. Pool very pleasant and watched sunset most nights. Condo had great view and was very comfortable. 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms.

Decent Place Overall
This was our 15th country visited and we’ve been to about 100 or more vrbo type stays for reference, so a veteran as it relates to short term stays and expectations. The accommodation overall was as described and very functional. There were numerous restaurants and bars within a very short walk. Groceries are 4 minute drive max, 15-20 min walk. My only gripe is the accommodation being in need of some updating. The fridge and washer is rusted and needs replacement. Many areas of the home need to just be repainted to bring it up to the level I’d expect for 700usd a night. The beds are beyond overdue to be replaced, one of which was visibly sagging. The pillows are very flat and made it hard to sleep. One of this was bad, just underwhelming for the price. Closest beach you can swim in is about 5 minutes walk, but is a very small section of 7 mile. With a longer walk or 5 min drive, you can reach governors beach, or another 3 minutes to cemetery (better) beach, which has decent snorkeling. Do not attempt to snorkel at the property, it’s unsafe (not a novice swimmer or snorkeler). It’s good once you’re out, but getting past the rocks riddled with urchins, not a good time.

Incredible Property
Beautiful property, tons of space (we had 4 adults and 3 children) with incredible views. Awesome location, close to lots of restaurants and amenities. Owners and property manager are quick to respond and incredibly helpful. The property is immaculate and well maintained. Unfortunately the beach directly in front of the property recently washed out, but there are a TON of options very close by and we had no problem finding spots on neighbouring beaches. That said, the pool and lounge area are always a fantastic option. Our families had an amazing time, and this property is guaranteed to meet & exceed your expectations.

Amazing Condo
First we want to thank Pierre/Andre for the incredible condo. As fantastic as the condo pictures are, the condo is even more amazing and easily handled our group of 4 adults and 3 children. Thanks also to Kathy, the onsite manager for her assistance! The condo was very clean and they even provided a person to come in mid week to refresh/clean the condo. The condo is in a really good location. The property is on seven mile beach with a great view of the water. Restaurants are nearby as is car rental. Foster's supermarket is about a half mile walk. Public beach access is about a mile north. We highly recommend this condo and will definitely be coming back!

Oceanfront. Three good sized bedrooms and a perfect oceanfront screened in porch. This is a family oriented condo complex. The online pics are modest about the view. Centrally located. Steps to the Marriott. On site property manager was so helpful getting us comfortable. A small welcome basket was an unexpected kindness. . Pool is lovely. Grills have a view of the ocean. Plenty of towels, and maid service was available. Full kitchen with everything you could want - super important given high price of restaurants in the Caymans. The owner was transparent and helpful. Nearby beaches are pristine. Also recommend Kaibo for a BBQ on Tuesday, and calypso grill for a night out!

Dive vacation
We have stayed in this particular condo three times now over the years. We keep coming back because it is such a nice spot. It’s in a great location, close to lots of restaurants. We never rent a car. The beach is much smaller than years ago, but it was fine for us. The pool area is nice and it’s very easy to get out into the water. There is lots of sand a short walk away. The view from the patio is great and the unit itself is well equipped for a large family. We went diving every day and the dive shops are all pretty amenable to picking you up and dropping you off after diving. For higher end dining I suggest the restaurants at Camana Bay a short walk away.

The condo was great! Plenty of room for the 5 of us. The pool are was fun for the kids. We did have to walk down a bit for a sandy beach, but we knew going there the beach was washed away in front of the complex. They had lots of floats for us to use in the water!

Beautiful condo in great location
Our family of 5 stayed here for a week over Spring Break. Our kids are 10, 9, and 3. We had such an excellent time! The pool is just steps from the beach. The beach was a bit washed away but we had a great time and our kids loved playing in the sand and snorkeling. We saw so much marine life very close by. The Marriott is a 2 minute beach walk north and their beach is impeccable. No rocks, more sand, very well maintained. We really enjoyed the spaciousness of the condo and having laundry available. It's on your third floor without elevator so we definitely got our stair flights in for the week.

This was our second trip to GC, we knew we wanted to stay on Seven Mile Beach from our prior trip. Tamarind Bay is a great location. The condo had everything that we needed for a week's stay. The property manager and staff are very, very accessible and accommodating. Check in and out were simple. We had no issues with the condo or the pool. We liked this location at Tamarind Bay, and the service from staff so much that we booked again for next year in the same complex.

Awesome Beach Vacation
Our stay at Tamarind Bay was amazing. We were able to book fairly last minute and the process was very easy. Some reviews mentioned a lack of beach at the property, but we were pleasantly surprised to find ample beach for our party of 8. We heard that higher tides and some stronger winds brought the water right up to the wall of the condo property in early February. The condo was the perfect setup for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids. All the kids slept in the room with the bunk bed and queen bed. We had everything we needed for breakfast and lunch in the condo, and Kirk Market was a short walk away with a great selection and decent prices. The screened in porch was a nice spot to watch the waves break down on the beach. Location of the property is fantastic. We walked to Coconut Joe's, Pepper's, XQ's, Craft F&B and The Royal Palms Beach Club (great spot for sunsets!) for dinner during our stay. All the meals we ate were great. There were dive shops and souvenir stores very nearby as well. Snorkeling off the condo couldn't be beat. My kids spent hours out in the water around the various reefs just off shore. We built countless sandcastles and enjoyed watching the mammoth cruise ships pull into shore (no effect on us). The beach directly out front of the condo is fairly rocky, but by no means unswimmable. For more sandy conditions, you can just walk down the beach to the right and you'll notice the difference. We had an awesome stay and my kids already want to come back!
