"We were booked for Aug.29. On aug. 27 I received a message from Chateau de Seurre that there was an error in the payment method and to contact them to avoid cancellation. I called but got their answering machine. I messaged them that I would pay cash if credit card was a problem for them. I got no response. I went to the Chateau on the 28th, the day before my reservation to make sure there was no problem. The gate was locked and had a message saying that they were fully booked. I called again...
