"The place is walkable to major tourist attraction especially the Verona arena, clean, cozy, welcoming place. My only concern is the lift of the apartment was not fixed on our last day when we used the stairs to bring down our luggage’s and my mom who has difficulty going up and down the stairs but if you don’t have a lot of luggage’s and a must to have lift for transport then this place is perfect to stay. If the lift was fixed I will rate is place for 5/5."

"We were quite satisfied with our stay here. The apartments are a good size and our premium apartment had everything we needed. Most importantly the AC worked well and was able to keep the whole place cool. The 3 pools are all a good size and various depths to meet all needs. "This is such a lovely place to stay, very family orientated. The staff are amazing and so friendly. The property, grounds and pool were spotlessly clean. You need to have a car to stay here really if you want to get anywhere as it isn't really walkable to much. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa which has everything you would expect and includes a full size fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. The site is gated and you are given the code on arrival. "The area of town seemed a little sketchy. The apartment building is definitely older. Our apartment was clean but had a really strong floral scent which was horrible for someone with scent sensitivities. The bed was saggy and tge pillows were really flat. Some of the dishes were chipped. Ok for one night but would not stay again."
