On the ground floor, it consists of an entrance, fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer) open by a bar to the dining room (table, chairs, buffet) with large bay window which opens onto a 25m² terrace, toilet with hand basin and a living room with corner sofa and television. Upstairs, there is a master suite (double bed) with its bathroom and terrace. A 2nd bedroom with a convertible sofa for 2 people and a 3rd with a convertible sofa for 2 people. There is also a utility room with washing machine and dryer as well as access to the upper garden and a shower room. This accommodation has wifi access, travel cot, high chair. No parties allowed. Animal allowed: €30. Late arrival possible: €50 (contact us for details.)
