Large terrace of 15m2, ideal for relaxing and sunbathing with a 180 degree sea view in the Corniche area, the place of beaches that are at 7 minutes walking. 65 m2 air-conditioned apartment, completely renovated with a large living room and two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed (160x200) and one with two single beds (80x200) that can be joined. Many storages. Open-plan kitchen in the living room. Bathroom with a bath. Separate toilet. New household appliances, stylish furniture, complete high-end equipment. Sheets and towels provided upon arrival. Very quiet place without any noise of city traffic. Lift, one private parking just in front of the apartment. Bus stop just at the bottom of the building going to the city center or to the train station. Rental in summer from satuday to saturday.

Très bon séjour
L’appartement est très agréable à vivre, lumineux, spacieux, bien équipé avec une belle vue mer et une terrasse magnifique pour prendre les repas. Une situation parfaite à quelques pas de la plage et non loin du centre-ville de Sète. Alain est un propriétaire accueillant et souriant. Il nous a fait partager son amour pour Sète et sa région avec de belles recommandations, vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés, vous ne serez pas déçu !

Séjour très agréable, dans cet appartement que j'ai trouvé très propre. L'appartement qui est situé dans une petite résidence est vraiment très calme et il est fonctionnel, on s'y sent bien. La vue est très belle sur la baie et incite à la contemplation.Bon emplacement entre les plages qui sont à 8mn à pied seulement, la promenade en bord de mer, le Mont Saint Clair et le centre ville facilement accessible par le bus qui est vraiment juste au pied de la résidence.Merci beaucoup à Alain pour son accueil chaleureux.Je recommande cet endroit, Marina
