Apartment of 110 m2 making the entire 3rd floor, very light, bright, airy, loft style.
Its exceptional location on the Quai Royal makes it an ideal place for vacation.
The channel parking is nearby.
You are close to the typical market of Les Halles and the dock where most restaurants.
The apartment has been completely furnished for rental and you will benefit from the terrace is for dining or for sunbathing.
The train station is a 15 minute walk, a bus stop is just below the dock.

A welcome booklet is available in the apartment in which our visitors have left their places and all the places to visit and walks to do.

Splendid stay
Beautiful spacious apartment with delightful terrace overlooking the central canal of Sete and convenient for all amenities - restaurants, market, shops, buses etc. Furnishings are tasteful and modern, the kitchen well equipped, the air conditioning effective when needed. Nicole is a kind, efficient and responsive host whom it was a pleasure to meet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and warmly recommend the apartment to others.

Beautiful modern apartment with fantastic sunny large terrace overlooking the enchanting canals of Sete with comfortable beds. The host Nicole was so helpful , kind and always available which made us feel safe and welcome. There’s a lot of stairs up to the apartment and but worth it for the views. Thanks Nicole 😘

Great view of the canal
We are a senior couple who stayed in this lovely apartment for a week and it was ideal for us. We loved the large private terrace which had sun most of the day, but because of it’s shape there was always a shady area too. The weather was very hot during our stay but the flat has excellent air conditioning - a real blessing! We also loved eating out every evening, with lots of restaurants a short walk away. Finally there was easy access to great beaches.

Fabulous stay in Sète in gorgeous property.
Just returned from a lovely but very hot and sunny holiday at this property. Absolutely loved it. Everything provided you could possibly need. Grandstand view from the terrace of the jousting. Much needed air conditioning. Super range of shops, bakeries, butchers, and market only steps from the property. Super host who kindly met us from the train station. Loved Sète and this property. Thank you again Nicole.

Brilliant location and very attentive host
The pictures don't do the place justice! Right in the heart of town with an amazing view over the canal (front row seats for jousting!) Plenty of space. We were a group of 4 and it was perfect. Nicole really went above and beyond to make sure we were ok and every query I had, she was there to help no questions asked. Hope to be back next year!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement, spacieux, propre et utile. La climatisation marche très bien et permet de ne pas souffrir de la chaleur. Nicole est très accueillante et an est toujours rendu disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Nous avons pu profiter de la fête de la St Louis.

Apartment with great rooftop terrace!
The apartment is right in the middle of the town of Sète. Located at the top floor (no elevator), with a spacious terrace overlooking the canal. All the amenities are at your disposal. A supermarket, marketplace, bakery and busstop all within 100m. Plenty of restaurants and cafés to enjoy the local products. The communication with the owners was very good and friendly. They even offered us to pick us up from the train station.

Ein Glücksgriff. Sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Vermieter. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man für den perfekten Urlaub braucht. Bis ca. 15:00 Sonne auf dem Balkon, danach angenehmer Schatten. Als Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen optimal. Schattiger Stellplatz für das Auto Fußläufig. Etliche, sehr gute Restaurants vorhanden. Supermarkt direkt nebenan.

Außergewöhnlich gut!
Die Ferienwohnung von Nicole ist der Hammer! Bestens ausgestattet, sehr großzügig geschnitten und obwohl mitten in der Stadt absolut ruhig. Nicole ist eine super sympathische Vermieterin, die stets um unser Wohlergehen bemüht war. Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung und in Sète sehr wohl gefühlt und können Beides uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Merveilleux séjour ! Nous reviendrons !
Nous avons loué en famille pour une semaine ce magnifique appartement avec une vue splendide. D’abord, l’accueil de Nicole a été très chaleureux et puis tout le séjour a été formidable dans ce logement très propre, spacieux, lumineux où tout est fait pour le bien-être des locataires. Nous nous sentions comme à la maison… en mieux ! Nous reviendrons c’est certain !

Fantastisch
Mitten in Sète liegt die wunderbare Wohnung von Nicole. Sie ist großzügig, hell und mitten drin. Wir waren 2 Wochen dort und haben vor allem die Stunden auf der Terrasse genossen. Den Tisch hatten wir mal im Schatten, mal in der Sonne. Die Wohnung hat zwei Schlafzimmer mit zusammen 4 Betten. Mehr möchte ich nicht schwärmen, da wir die Wohnung wieder buchen wollen und hoffen, dass sie dann noch frei ist. Allerdings möchte ich noch hinzufügen, dass Nicole eine wirklich tolle Gastgeberin ist. sie hat sogar meinem Sohn innerhalb von einem Tag eine Käsereibe besorgt, die er unbedingt meinte zu brauchen...

Accueil très sympathique et chaleureux par Nicole que je remercie pour cet excellent séjour et ses précieux conseils. Appartement conforme aux photos, très propre, lumineux, spacieux et tellement agréable à vivre. Vue magnifique sur les canaux de la grande terrasse au dernier étage aménagée. Agréable séjour
L’appartement est très bien, conforme en tout point avec l’annonce. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et prennent le temps de données quelques astuces et bonnes adresses, et tout est récapitulé sur des documents dans la location. La situation de l’appartement est idéale pour profiter de SETE. Nous recommandons cette location.

tres décevant
l 'appartement est conforme aux descriptions , par contre il est extrêmement bruyant. Il est tres mal insonorisé , impossible de dormir avant 2 heures du matin , et pas de grasse mat ... les poubelles passent à 6h! (entre la techno et les chansons ringardes ....) Lors de la fête de la st louis à peine 3 heures de sommeil ! La ville de sete est une jolie ville mais semble de plus en plus fréquentée , Nous rentrons épuisés ! A éviter si vous voulez vous reposer !

Très bon séjour pour la deuxième année consécutive. L'emplacement de la location est remarquable, l'appartement lumineux et agréable, la ville de Sète très belle, l'accueil des propriétaires toujours aussi chaleureux, avec beaucoup de disponibilité.
