"4 días antes de salir, recibo un mensaje del dueño, al que todavía no hemos visto, diciendo que le ha fallado el servicio de limpieza y que si podíamos limpiarla nosotros por 95 € (dinero que me ha costado varios correos y 2 semanas recibir). Lo cierto es que cuando llegamos, la casa estaba deficientemente limpiada, por lo que nos quedó la sensación de que es una práctica habitual. Casa poco preparada para el verano, mucho calor y ni siquiera un ventilador. Instalaciones obsoletas y espacios...

"Le chalet est très bien agencé , une grande pièce de vie et des chambres spacieuses , un dortoir pour enfants … l’idéal pour un séjour entre amis/famille . Également très bien situé, à deux pas de la navette menant au pied des pistes. Très bon accueil ! Seul inconvénient, le ménage de sortie n’est pas compris dans le prix (presta 150€). Une très bonne adresse pour un court ou long séjour ."

Deux suggestions : si vous changez le lit de la mezzanine prenez le plus grand 160x200 parce qu’on a parfois les pieds qui dépassent… et équipez les marches de rebords en caoutchouc pour éviter les chutes"

"The setting was beautiful (Peyragude near Loudenvielle in the French Pyrenees) but unfortunately the condo was completely infested with hundreds of flies, every day I'd vacuum them from the walls, ceilings, beds, bathrooms, etc. and every day more would hatch (clearly nests are permeating the space). Pointed it out to the property manager but they made no attempts to do anything about it for our entire week-long stay. Also, they said bed linens and towels were included in the rental, however...

"Très bonne disponibilité de la gérante, à l'accueil comme au départ.En rdc un grand salon (grande télé fibre ce qui a permis aux enfants de retrouver leurs émissions favorites en replay) salle à manger cuisine et WC plus terrasse plein ouest avec une très jolie vue, où tout est en parfait état. A l'étage 4 chambres dont deux avec télé et une salle de bain avec WC.Nous y étions à 7, 4 adultes 3 enfants 10-12 ans, et avons trouvé assez d'espace pour nous sentir à l'aise."

"We loved this property, we chose this a cycling base and it was perfect. The rides nearby were peyresourde, col de portilon, tourmalet, port de bales, aspin, pla dadet, col de portet, col de azet, superbagneres. The house was beautiful, it had everything we needed, the garden was lovely and we spent many lazy afternoons watching the birds. Its very private and has a lovely path down to the river nearby. It might be near the road but you can't see the cars. The kitchen was well presented and...
