"This apartment is magical, felt like stepping back in time with everything dating back to the 60s and earlier. Super spacious. So many amazing antiques and art made by the previous owners so it felt like being in another world. The location is brilliant, great bars and restaurants in the Piazza it's located in. "This apartment is perfectly located in a lovely square with great places to have a bite to eat and a beverage! Simply decorated and had everything we needed. Quiet at night and comfortable beds. "This is a cheap option inside the walls of the old town. Unfortunately the apartment is less than ideal - the shower head was broken, as was the wardrobe. The floors and surfaces were clean but there was lots of cobwebs and debris around the apartment in corners. It's basically an attic with a sloping roof so there isn't much headroom. I must have hit my head 10 times. "

"Der Zustand des Appartements war fürchterlich. Alles alt,der Kühlschrank hat gestunken. Schlafcouch unter aller würde, von Matratze nichts zu sehen,nur lattenrost zu spüren. Sauberkeit gibt es in diesem Appartement leider nicht. Für den zustand war es sehr teuer,da hätte ich mehr erwartet. Kommunikation in Ordnung. "

(sketchy but I trusted) They never mentioned it was a 5th floor with no elevator(had my mom that has trouble with so many stairs). It said it was a king size and 2 double beds, it was one queen size and 2 twin beds so wrong information all around. "Excellent helpful host with tips, restaurant suggestions and helped arrange taxis and waited until we were picked up. Older unit inside but spacious, comfortable and well equipped, the kitchen was very well equipped. Bed is good and moderately firm. Right in city centre. Note there are stairs and narrow corridors to gain entry. Generally queiet."

"I was there for a tradeshows at the Bologna Fiere. This accommodation is a short drive away, and an easy walk to downtown and all the restaurants as well. It is perfectly situated. The only downside is no parking onsite, but there is a public parking ($$) about 5 minute walk away. This apartment is newly renovated and in good standing. Nothing but praise for this place. Check-in was super easy and communication with the host was fast and easy when needed."

"It was a single unit flat which we liked. It was absolutely good for privacy and quietness. The space inside the flat was very well organised, but small. It is close to the city, but at the same time quite and far from concrete and buildings. It was a pleasant stay, and with the good weather, in spring or summer it should be amazing! We staid in late October and it was rainy, so couldn’t enjoy the full potential of the property. "
