"Beautiful spot to stay and explore that part of Italy. Winding road to get there but worth it. Very comfortable furniture throughout and well maintained. We didn’t cook meals, but the kitchen was well stocked. Just telling friends that you stayed in a castle built in the 1400’s is worth it. "

"This rental was breathtaking! We traveled to Cinque Terre via train to Monterosso and the rental was located just a few minutes from there. The climb to the rental is no joke but absolutely worth it!! We felt like we were staying in a mansion/castle on the cliffs. You had sea views from the living room, multiple bedrooms, and the main balcony overlooking Monterosso Beach. I only wish we would have been able to stay longer! ❤️. "We really enjoyed the location and the impressive views of the mountains. The village is very quiet and we had many relaxing days around the property. We used the location as a base to visit Pisa, Cinque Terre and Florence and the hosts made some good recommendations of places to visit on the coast e.g Lerici and Levanto. We felt that the property would benefit from air conditioning in the peak summer months but we managed ok with fans in all bedrooms. It was difficult to park our hired car...

"The Villa was everything that we expected. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room to relax. The view from the Veranda is amazing. Check in process was easy, Giuseppe and Pia greeted us upon arrival and departure . They walked us through the Villa amenities, were responsive with our inquiries, helped with dinner reservations and dinner recommendations, thank you. When you are initially looking for the Villa, while on Provinciale, you will want to turn at the white House with cactus plants...
