"We stayed here for 4 nights and our stay was great. The staff on reception were so friendly and helpful and greeted us every time with a smile and hello as we were on the same floor. The staff at breakfast and at the bar were also friendly and welcoming. Our room was great with a balcony over looking the pool. The spa treatments were great and value for money was amazing. The only thing to comment on which wasn’t too big an issue was the ‘gym’. An outside area with machines which were weathered and not your usual expectation of a gym. There were lots of reviews commenting about the noise but yeah it was noisy when our balcony door was open but not enough to interrupt our sleep or put us off our stay. Great hotel for location and great facilities with great people that work there."

"Everything was great with this hotel -the location & quietness especially, and the ambience in lobby area was great too. Only experienced a tiny hiccup in restaurant in one evening, as we turned up without booking and the lady staff made us feeling totally unwelcoming and kept us waiting for 3 minute or so without any greeting nor smiling/eye contact, luckily another male staff turned up and took us to table & settled, we ended up having a lovely evening again- appreciated! "

"The hotel was clean and comfortable. Our bed was very comfortable. All the staff were very friendly. The location and views are great. Breakfast and the occasional buffet was fresh and good. Minor comments being picky would be the heated pool could be warmer and also the hydrotherapy pool was cold. "
