The path to the beach is flat, no climbs or descents. Within a radius of 400 meters has everything: beach, pharmacies, medical clinic, health center, cafes, restaurants, bars, supermarket, municipal market, butchers, fishmongers, bakeries, ice cream, taxis, bus station, tourist office, churches, etc.
During your stay you don't need a car unless you want to visit the surroundings.
