Agradável semana em Sesimbra
Ficamos muito satisfeitos pela semana que passamos na vossa casa. Correspondeu inteiramente ao publicitado no anúncio, nomeadamente as boas condições da casa no que diz respeito a limpeza , funcionalidade e equipamentos existentes. A proximidade a restaurantes ( bons e não muito caros ) , à praia ( cerca de 5 minutos a pé ) e a outras utilidades , bem como a existência de garagem foram aspectos que também apreciamos. Gostamos bastante e prometemos voltar em breve !

Très déçu pour cette appartement : 1/ l'appartement se trouve au rdc côté fenêtres chambres et cuisine. Impossible de laisser les fenêtres ouverte. Entre le passage des gens le matin et le soir quand ils ont trop bu. 2/ le bruit à partir de 5h30 du café en dessous entre les tables, les chaises et percolateur machine à café. 3/ la salle de bain vieille WC et baignoire. 4/ le parking une odeur permanente d'urines. 15 jours malheureusement sans pouvoir se reposer vraiment. N'oubliez pas Important l'annonce nous stipule au 1er étage ! Pas du tout ! Salle à manger oui mais bruit en permanence circulation et café. RDC côté chambres Horrible et insécurité. Carlos

Férias muito agradáveis
Estive 3 semanas neste apartamento. Éramos 4 adultos e uma criança muito pequena e posso dizer que a casa possui as condições necessárias quer em termos de mobiliário e electrodomésticos, quer em termos de espaço, para que se possa fazer umas férias com crianças. Casa agradável pela forma como se encontra mobilidada,pela limpeza do espaço e das roupas (foi muito bom ter mudança semanal das camas e roupa da casa a que acresce a simpatia com que era feito), quartos sossegados e frescos,pela sua localização. A casa está muito bem localizada por se encontrar perto de todo o tipo de comércio, restaurantes e praia e o facto de ter uma garagem é de mais valia para uma zona como Sesimbra, principalmente nos meses de Julho/Agosto. Agradeço à Sra. D. Anabela e à empresa que com ela trabalha a simpatia com que fui recebida e a disponibilidade para que tudo corresse bem.

Uma semana ótima...
Estive uma semana neste apartamento e só tenho a dizer bem. A casa é confortável e a localização é muito boa, central, perto da praia e de tudo o que se necessita para uma semana de férias: praia, comércio, restaurantes, cafés, etc... A única coisa menos positiva é que o apartamento fica por cima de um café que monta as mesas e cadeiras da esplanada às 5h00 da manhã e ouve-se, mas quem sofre mais são os que dormem na sala, os que dormem no quarto, ficam descansados. De referir que a garagem é um plus magnífico num sitio como Sesimbra, onde é praticamente impossível estacionar o carro. Só tenho a agradecer à D. Anabela pela atenção. Se houver oportunidade concerteza voltarei. Obrigado!
