Located 7 kms from Uzes and its charming historical center, our house offers stunning views of the surrounding plain to Uzes. With a capacity of 8/9 people on 140 m2, 4 bedrooms, each with a double bed 140 and 160 possibility of additional extra bed, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom wc and separate toilet, lounge dining room and open kitchen 56m2. Facilities: washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine Senseo type kettle, kitchen. Bed linen and towels are provided. WIFI connection .
Nice garden of 2000 m2, swimming pool and pool house area with sunbeds and bbq table and chairs for pleasant moments with family or friends. Garden vegetable garden where you can also pick your own organic tomatoes and vegetables !!!
Our house is on the edge of the forest where you can Bouscarasse jogger quietly, or make family hikes, 15 km lies the Pont du Gard, and the Gardon for hikes in canoeing.
What a pleasant stay in our beautiful region, rich in cultural activities, water and nature.

Un magnifique cadre
Magnifique maison dans un lieu calme et ensoleillé. Le coin chill bbq apéro est le combo parfait avec la piscine juste à côté pour des après midi relaxante. Urlaub mit Freunden und Hund empfehlenswert!
Das schöne Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, trotzdem ist man flott in Uzès. Der nächste intermarché ist mit dem Auto noch schneller zu erreichen. Die Betten waren alle mit guten Matratzen ausgestattet, auch in der Küche fehlte es an nichts. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und behaglich eingerichtet. Allerdings sind sie insgesamt sehr hellhörig. Klospülung oder Schnarchen im Nebenzimmer lässt Leute mit lei chtem Schlaf leider wach werden. Der Garten ist groß und sicher eingezäunt, so dass man seinen Hund bedenkenlos herumlaufen lassen kann. Es gibt einen 2. Ausgang vom Grundstück, der auf die kaum befahrene Straße mündet. Von dort landet man direkt auf einem befestigten Feldweg zwischen Weinanbau und Feldern. Eine schöne Spazier- oder Joggingstrecke. Dieser Ausgang war allerdings ziemlich mit Brombeergesträuch zugewachsen. Wir haben ihn freigeschnitten, weil die Hunde des Nachbarn jedesmal steil gingen, wenn wir mit unserem Hund zum Spaziergang dort vorbei gehen mussten. Am Pool ist es sehr schön mit Plancha, Tresen, Abwaschbecken und kleinem Kühlschrank haben wir dort oft bis spät nachts am grossen Tisch gesessen. Einzig die Mücken waren eigentlich rund um die Uhr eine heftige Plage, gegen die sämtliche Abwehrmassnahmen versagt haben. Der Checkout ist bei Fewo mit 11.00 Uhr angegeben, ungewöhnlich, aber darauf hatten wir uns verlassen, um morgens in aller Ruhe einzupacken, zu frühstücken und evt. noch eine letzte Runde im Pool zu schwimmen. Das wurde auch am Vorabend noch mit der Vermieterin so besprochen. Umso größer unsere Überraschung als dann kurz vor 10.00 Uhr dennoch jemand zur Schlüssel Übergabe kam und wir dann doch kurzfristig in Hektik ausgebrochen sind. Alles in allem ein tolles Haus, in denen man mit guten Freunden einen lustigen Urlaub verbringen kann. Grüsse an die Schildkröte, die in einem kleinen Schwimmtümpel hinter dem Haus wohnt von der Reisegruppe dicke Traube!

Maison très bien organisée. Grand extérieur, super pour jouer à la pétanque, même les enfants avaient leurs vélos. Piscine et terrasse à l'écart de la maison. Très bien situé, proche de toutes commodités et de super attractions ou visites.

Très agréable séjour
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette villa, spacieuse, propre et bien équipée. Nous y avons séjourné en famille, à 9 personnes, sans nous sentir à l'étroit. La propriétaire nous a parfaitement accueilli. L'environnement de la maison est très calme, malgré la route à proximité, avec peu de passage. Toutes les pièces sont spacieuses et la literie est bonne.Le jardin et la vue sont splendides ! La piscine a été un atout indispensable pour nous rafraichir lors de cette semaine très chaude. L'espace extérieur a permis de belles soirées conviviales autour de la piscine. Les 2 seuls petits bémols, l'espace extérieur n'est que partiellement ombragé à midi et jusqu'à 15h, et il manquerait quelques coussins sur les chaises de jardin ( en bois) pour qu'elles soient confortables... bref des détails. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Vacances géniales !
Nous sommes venu passer des vacances en famille, 3 générations sous le même toit :-) La villa est superbe, spacieuse, moderne et chaleureuse, nous étions 7 adultes et 2 enfants (1 et 5ans) et à aucun moment nous nous sommes sentis a l’étroit. Pour ce qui est de l’extérieur, grand jardin beaucoup d’espace, la piscine est bien entretenue et le coin piscine est super, on y a passer de supers moments. C’est un très bel endroit, bien situé et surtout la vue sur les champs va fortement nous manquer ! Bref, c’était des supers vacances et je vous conseillerais cet endroit les yeux fermés. Petit + la propriétaire est vraiment gentille, répond rapidement à vos questions. QUE DU POSITIF :-)

Très beau sejour
Nous avons passé une très belle semaine en famille et amis avec un temps magnifique et de belles choses à voir. Le cadre est très joli et maison est adaptée pour passer un bon séjour. Le seul bémol serait les matelas mais c est souvent le cas en France donc pas propre a cette location en particulier. Et le plus est le coin piscine plancha très agréable.

Uitstekend huis en locatie maar wel onnodig achterstallig onderhoud
Het huis, de tuin (hoewel erg verdroogd tijdens de hittegolf waarin wij zaten), de omgeving en het uitzicht zijn fantastisch. Maar een flinke onderhoudsbeurt is hoog nodig; die heeft inmiddels duidelijk te lang op zich laten wachten. Dat geldt vooral voor het tuinmeubilair en enkele onderdelen van de inventaris. Ik geef voorbeelden. De (slechts) 5 ligbedjes bij het zwembad waren in slechte staat, zodat er één tijdens ons verblijf sneuvelde (en er nog maar 4 overbleven voor dit 9-persoonshuis). Tuinstoelen waren er ook te weinig en waren gedeeltelijk kapot (maar merkwaardig genoeg niet afgevoerd; je kwam daar achter als je er door zakte) of erg oud (zodat de oorspronkelijk witte kleur zwaar verontreinigd was). In het huis waren er nogal wat pannen die hun levensduur voorbij waren. De elektrische waterkoker was kapot en functioneerde alleen als je een onveilige situatie aanvaardde. De keukenkraan zat los. Het badkamermeubel was gammel en verlichting daarvan was gebrekkig. Tips voor de eigenaar: regel zonwering voor de ramen van de keuken (die de hele dag in de zon liggen). En overweeg een airco nu de buitentemperaturen structureel hoger lijken te worden.

Maison agréable dans la campagne d’Uzes
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour entre amis dans cette location isolée. La maison est bien équipée et adaptée à des séjours en famille ou entre amis. Le coin piscine est parfait pour farnienter ou passer une bonne soirée. Nous avons apprécié les nuits rafraîchissantes et étoilées. Juste dommage qu’il n’y ait aucun commerce au village d’a côté Serviers-et-Labaume mais tout est dispo au supermarché à qq kilomètres.

Amazing house near Uzès
We loved our stay in this beautiful house. The house is located great for a lot of activities. The only thing we didn’t like the road next to the house, but in the end we didn’t realized the road any more. There are not a lot of cars anyways. We enjoyed our stay and love to come back

Villa agréable : chambres spacieuses avec de nombreux rangements, bonnes literies, espace de vie très conviviale surtout le coin piscine. Petits et grands se sont bien amusés et détendus pour les vacances. Plein de belles choses à découvrir dans les environs. Nous avons apprécié la disponibilité et la réactivité du voisin suite aux disfonctionnements de la pompe de la piscine. Petite suggestion : un éclairage serait le bienvenue dans le jardin, entre la maison et la piscine / coin repas. Nathalie B.

Situation intéressante pour visiter la région. Maison agréable avec grand jardin, piscine,barbecue. Accueil convivial, voisin disponible en cas de besoin. Tout ça super 👍. MAIS propreté douteuse: Intérieur des meubles sale, piqûres répétées dans la maison 😠. Dommage !
