Room was clean with separate lounge and common dining area with fridge. Was not very sure about self check in but all went well. Although opposite station area is quiet a part from some early morning landing planes. "

"We booked this place for two nights but the owner scammed us! He replaced us to another location which is cheaper, dirtier, noisier and not safe at all! "Great location on pedestrianised shopping street close to old town, but very quiet as the rooms are on the interior of the property. Spacious, clean room with excellent amenities. Central communal area with fridge and microwave is great, although it’s a little musty as there’s no windows. Good wifi and very friendly owners who were prompt and helpful with communications. Would gladly stay again! Be aware there’s a number of steps to get up, as it’s on the third floor (no elevator). About 10 mins...

"beautiful location but inefficient management. Rooms are falling apart- resort is too big to manage by the staff they have at hand. the most difficult part is that they take away your car at the entrance and then you have to rely on a shuttle bus that runs only one in 30 minutes to get to you car or any other place in the resort - such as the beach; parking; food options; animal area."

"The apartment was clean and well situated. Giorgio was attentive and helpful. The one problem was that WiFi was extremely limited and unusable. I had remote work to do and had to use my data plan from the States - very expensive! Other than the WiFi, everything was great."

"We had a wonderful stay at this villa located in the heart of Cagliari. Communication with the owner was great. The place had wonderful amenities. It was quiet. The internet speed was good. Dining, groceries and shopping are literally right outside the door. The air conditioning kept up with the heat. It is an easy walk to local sites and the marina. We parked the car at the train station. I suggest you get a monthly pass if you stay more than 5 days. We will book again on our next trip to...
