"The people were so nice, like family. It is on the 6 floor of an office building and there are 5 steps to the elevator. It is above a Conad supermarket and a half block from the train station. Convenient to walk everywhere in town. The room was large. There was an outdoor patio, as an extension of the breakfast room, with spectacular views of the city. Great value."

"Hotel excelente, exatamente como nas fotos, bem localizado, extremamente espaçoso e confortável. Com um bônus sensacional: fica ao lado de umas escadas rolantes que são um presente para te fazer chegar ao topo da cidade em minutos e te livrando de uma subida imensa a pé. Destaque especial também para a cozinha disponível, muito bem equipada e que possibilita o preparo de refeições. Certamente voltarei a me hospedar futuramente. "

"It's a bit of a hike up to Sienna but the walk is worth it, you avoid a lot of the tourist crowds coming from this direction. There are some steep hills to the top of the town, so be warned but I would stay here again. Relatively simple check in and out, no complaints. "

"This was a place to stay. Period. Nothing more. Wi-Fi did not work. The overhead shower is broken and did not work. Pieces of the bathroom door fell off. There was no hot/warm water for 36 hours. No shelf/hook/anything to place your toiletries on. Perhaps I should have communicated with management? Oh, that’s right! I tried 3x. No response in 4 days time. "

"We stayed in the terrace room! Terrific view and peacefulness. The tub is an excellent addition if you want a relaxing or romantic evening. Only con: The elevator will not go all the way up to the terrace. So if you are carrying heavy luggage, this may be an inconvenience! Other than that, the train station is only a 5 minute walk away. Great location to the city center and restaurants!"

"Chambre en plein cœur du centre historique donc très bien situé pour visiter Sienne. Il nous a été indiqué une rue à 10mn à pied pour se stationner gratuitement. La chambre se situé au 4e étage sans ascenseur. Pour nous pas de problème mais c'est bon à savoir. La chambre est équipée d'un ventilateur au plafond ce qui n'est pas mentionné dans l'annonce donc très bonne nouvelle à notre arrivée avec plus de 35 degrés dehors. Par contre assez bruyant, un bar juste en bas mais on ne peut pas...

"A beautiful resort to enjoy the Tuscan views! My family and I (3) stayed here for a few days in September and it was wonderful! If you're looking for a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of the city or just life in general, this is the place for you! There is a Michelin rated restaurant on site and the opportunity to grab a bite to eat for lunch! Food was great, but if there for awhile can get redundant. "Das appartement ist super zentral gelegen, nahe zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten - das ist der große Pluspunkt. Es war sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Es mangelt etwas an geschirr, wenn man zu viert da wäre, für mich als Einzelperson hat es gereicht. Die matratzen sind etwas durchgelegen, damit konnte ich aber auch gut leben.
