"Era la nostra prima volta in Italia e la nostra intenzione era rilassarci e conoscere i dintorni, abbiamo potuto fare entrambe le cose, la casa è confortevole e ha tutto il necessario. La casa è immersa nella natura, il posto è bellissimo e gode di una tranquillità incomparabile, proprio quello che cercavamo. Massimo è stato molto attento con noi e sempre pronto ad aiutarci, penso che se tornassimo a Genga sceglieremmo nuovamente questo posto "

"Desy hat alles liebevoll eingerichtet. Jeden Tag gab es von ihr zubereitetes Frühstück. Das Haus ist schön und modern eingerichtet. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder. "

"Huis en bijbehorende tuin zijn geweldig. Voorzieningen in het huis heel volledig. Eén gezin kan beneden logeren en een ander gezin boven. De omgeving is kleinschalig, akkers, bos en heel veel bomen langs de wegen. Dichtbij zijn prachtige ommuurde stadjes (de castelli). De bijeneters, prachtige gekleurde vogels en de bosuil waren bijzonder."

"Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt in dem Haus. Schön angelegter Garten mit Pool. Für Familien top mit Kindern Top."

"Etwas weit ab vom Meer, dafür aber unglaublich idyllisch gelegen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne, entspante Zeit."

"Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was clean and a good location. The views were fantastic. Elisa was our contact and was super friendly and helpful. The only thing that could be improved from our perspective was the sofa or comfy seating. With 2 children under 10 who go to bed earlier than usual, we found the small 2 seater sofa extremely uncomfortable in the evenings. There was also wasn't enough comfortable seating for all 4 of us other than the sofa and plastic dining chairs....

"This apartment is located in a rural building only 8km from Genga and a short drive from the interesting town of Fabriano with it's museums, parks, shops and big supermarkets. Sassoferato, which has Roman remains, is also nearby- (check in advance with the tourist office for visiting. ) We visited the amazing Frasassi caves and also did a little walking in the surrounding countryside. The apartment had useful leaflets and books about the area and we would have visited the fortified villages...

"Très belle découverte pour nous en Ombrie. La maison dans une ancienne abbaye est très bien placée, avec une belle piscine. Maximiliano et son fils Adamo sont extrêmement prévenants. Seule ombre : la fermeture de la piscine avant la fin de la location et ainsi que le rangement de la table de jardin."

"Guter und schneller Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, Begrüssung durch Graziella und Christiano war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert (spricht auch Englisch). Das Haus ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern, die Umgebung ist traumhaft. Olivenbäume und Wein soweit das Auge reicht, malerische sanfte Hügellandschaft. Absolute Ruhe. Zufahrt einfach über geteerte Straße. Cupramontana (Aussicht ist ein Traum) ist 5min entfernt mit zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Meer ist in guten 30min erreichbar, ein...

"Danke für die entspannten Tage. Schönes kleines Domizil. Ruhige Lage, schöner Pool. Fussläufig gut erreichbare Ortsmitte. Alles in allem ein schöner Kurzurlaub."

"Heerlijk ruime keuken, ruime slaapkamers en alles was schoon. Claudio de eigenaar was niets teveel, een pareltje! Zwembad schoon en met mooi uitzicht op het dorp. Fijne veranda en alles verder aanwezig."

"if you want to de-stress, the villa in Monte Porzio is the place to be. A great view (certainly from the pool), no neighbors, but still not too far away from supermarkets and the seaside. The owner comes by every day to clean the pool. We could use the vegetables of the vegetable garden at the house and bought olive oil from the olive trees on the property. There is also a large table outside at the kitchen (not on the photographs) and the sleeping area is nicely air conditioned. So really nice...
