Better than you’re imagining
This is the second time I’ve stayed here, and the hosts are wonderful. Very communicative via app but not intrusive. The property is gorgeous and comfortable, and close to tons of fun stuff like Athens, Lake Snowden, hiking, etc. Cute cats and cows and chickens as well. We are already booked for a third stay.

Excellent Getaway Spot for a Family
The property is beautiful, and looked exactly like advertised. It was the perfect size for our family, close to tons of outdoor fun and restaurants, and the owner is very helpful. We will definitely recommend this property to family and friends.

Very nice Athens area base camp
We had a wonderful stay here. It was a great base camp for exploring the hiking and biking in the area as well as the city of Athens. Property was nice, clean, and quiet. The farm cats were a hoot, especially Tux, very friendly. Hope to stay here again some day when we are back in town.

Very nice property, nice and clean, everything you need was there. Owners also checked in and asked if anything we might need. Very nice place to stay and owners were great. We even enjoyed the cats and the guinny hens.

Perfect location to Ohio Univesity
Our Daughter is attending OU and we have stayed in a couple Vrbo locations and will definitely be adding this one to our list. Just 15 minutes from campus and an easy drive. The guest house is quaint, comfy and wonderful. The bonus is that our dogs can join us. They have a fenced in paddock/meadow area for the dogs to run. We will be back!!

Wonderful getaway!
A fantastic retreat just 15 minutes from Athens and 30 from Lake Hope. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen easy to use and navigate, and the bathroom very spacious with a great shower. The front porch was the best part where we got a chance to sit and relax and look at the beautiful property. Enjoyed our time immensely!
