"I always stayed at this hotel. I always left 5 stars. Our room this vist was on top of HAYAL restaurant that was very loud music. We couldn't sleep until 12 midnight. When I first received my room, bathroom was left dirty from the previous guest. When the cleaning lady came to clean it, she didn't clean it well again. I gave them my laundry it was only washed without ironing. This will be my last time staying hwre unfortunately. "

"Booked room with a kitchen when checked in turned out that room was given to someone else. Check in was pain in the bum. Receptionist wasn't helpful at all. In the morning there was another receptionist Cihan bey who was very polite and helpful. The room on the ground floor was icky everything was broken and at night was very noisy. The next day we moved to room on the first floor with the kitchen. It was better and not noisy but not enough equipment in the kitchen to cook."
