"The hotel is nice. Outdoor pool closed for the season and hot tub was originally closed but the management did turn it back on. The exercise room is very small and you must ask the front desk for the key needed to use the tread mill and then go back and ask for the code to use the sauna. I used room towels when I used the sauna and the next day I was limited to the number of towels to one per person. Use the pool towels for exercise and hot tub but again you must ask for them at the front desk....

"I couldn’t recommend this place any more than I do. My family visited the Sequoia NP from Georgia and have no familiarity with the area at all, but reserved a room here and we arrived late, like 10pm. We called ahead to let them know we would be late and they left our key at the office to pick up. The cottage was adorable. Super cute layout, nice pool, nice playground areas, volleyball area etc. we really recommend this place if you are going to visit the national parks bc it’s right on the way...

"The steps outside could use some repairs but overall room was comfortable and just on a beautiful mountain. Be aware roads are very windy and narrow to get up there and stop for food before you do. "My partner convinced me to go "camping" for a night, since typically I would choose more of a glamping type experience. But this to me was glamping!! "This is a charming property, and the owners were extremely communicative and helpful! It is relatively close to Kings Canyon/Sequoia National Parks at a great price point.
