Cabin next to family home
Cabin is clean and well-appointed. Cabin is not remote and shares a gravel driveway with owner’s family. Cabin is on one side of driveway and family home is on the other side of driveway. Exterior pictures are deceiving.

It was a nice cabin with trails and things right there. the owners are right down the road and available at any time for questions or issues. It wasnt very private. there are houses right across the driveway and all around you basically which is not listed in the review.

Amazing place! Great hosts
We had so much fun staying here. The hosts are so nice! The Miller’s take care of their properties and take care with their guests, showing them all the great features. The waterfall was stunning and such an added feature. The place was small but cozy with all the amenities. They thought of most things you will need. We made so many memories sitting on the back porch and watching fireflies. Truly memorable. Also, Grant went above and beyond because my teen lost her phone and he found it and shipped it to us. We could not be more grateful. You can’t get an experience like this in other places. Our family usually goes on three getaways a year where we use short term rentals. This experience was one of best. Thank you for taking care with your place and offering it to us.

Grant was a great host and provided all the info we needed. He answered our questions about the area. The only negative was a neighbor with dogs that barked all the time but there is nothing he could do about that!

Great base camp
This was a very nice cabin my son and I stayed in that was the perfect mid-point between the two golf courses we were going to play in the area. We're country folks, so we can appreciate the isolation, and this location didn't disappoint. We were a little surprised there was a house right across the driveway, as that wasn't really mentioned or shown in the pictures. We met Becky once when we arrived, and never met Grant. Thank you very much for having us.

Nice setting with on property hiking + waterfalls.
Had a fabulous time exploring the property. The waterfalls are beautiful. Trails are rustic + not marked as clearly as we're used to. This made it a fun adventure, scrambling over rocks and such, going down to the water + climbing back up! Beautiful wooded area.

Beautiful waterfall
The cabin is really nice and generally clean. I enjoyed having breakfast on the back deck. The bed wasn’t very comfortable for us, we prefer a more firm mattress. The property is beautiful and having a waterfall right there is really nice. One thing that isn’t mentioned in the listing and somewhat deceiving in the photos…the cabin is directly behind the owner’s brother’s house. I’m guessing about 100 feet or less. So it’s not as private as it appears in the photos. Had we known that in advance, we would have chosen a different property.

Such a beautiful place on Earth. Grant and Becky or the best host ever. Wonderful tour of their beautiful property. The waterfall is so beautiful and the creeks are crystal clear. Loved the cabin can’t wait to stay in glamping tent and yurt. Great for families just not small children.

Secluded Gem
If you're looking for a quiet place of reflection and focus, you've found it. Mr. Grant meets you upon entry and shows you all the amenities offered. There's a gorgeous 50-ft. waterfall only a few yards from the back deck, an open field to swing on and sip coffee while watching for wildlife or for enjoying a mesmerizing campfire, and every item you could need for comfort within the cabin. One piece of advice is to bring in some things for dinner. There aren't a lot of options in town, although the Dutch Maid Bakery (13th oldest in the country) is perfect for your sweet tooth. It is a MUST to grab treats either on the way in or out. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did ours.
