"Superb hotel, location is excellent with very modern facilities. Friendly staff, with a great breakfast selection. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Borovets if we were to return. This is isn’t about the hotel but Borovets resort needs to start investing in new lifts etc - the lift pass cost has increased and the facilities should too. That’s why we wouldn’t return to the resort!"

"Velingrand: A quiet town that offers nothing besides some taverns/restaurants and small shops.Dont visit if you are looking to have fun. NOT recommended for young people! Hotel: Generally a nice hotel. Staff is professional. However indoor SPA pools are outdated and need to be modernized. Also, there arent many activities to do; They could at least arrange for a walk in the park or music events. Dont go there if you are too active.Go there to isolate from everything"

"The reason, that we chose this hotel is the reviews of other customers. Extremely friendly, helpful and polite staff, clean rooms, comparatively far from the center (we were looking for a calmer and quieter place and for us the location was not a problem - 15-20 minutes walk from center) and extremely tasty and good food - delicious breakfast and good restaurant for the rest of the time). "A 4* hotel this is not. It's OK if you're just looking for a place to crash in Borovets but it's on the outskirts of town (10 min walk to town if you're not in ski boots). Has a sauna but no jacuzzi or steam room and the pool is not really big enough for swimming properly. Breakfast was average if you got there reasonably early but by 8am everything on the hot counters is cool and doesn't get replaced."
