🚭 STRICTLY No Smoking Indoors – A ₩300,000 cleaning fee will be charged if violated.
🚫 No Shoes Indoors – In Korean culture, shoes are not worn inside the house. Additional cleaning fees apply if this rule is not followed.
🐶 No Pets Allowed
🔇 Quiet Hours After 10 PM – This is a peaceful neighborhood, so please be mindful of noise levels.
👥 Guest Limit – Only registered guests are allowed. Unapproved extra guests may result in additional charges or reservation cancellation. (CCTV installed outside for security.)
⏰ Check-in & Check-out Times Must Be Followed – Late check-out may incur extra fees.
🛡 Regular Pest Control – We conduct professional pest control regularly, but as this is a residential house, complete prevention is impossible. Refunds will not be issued for insect sightings.
