This HOTEL is very convenience. We could do CHECK-OUT in our stay room. And, of almost HOTEL staff can speak Japanese. So we could stay with conforatable like staying my home. We would like to choose this HOTEL next time too. TKS.

Love this Japanese chain hotel, clean,comfortable and location is perfect, right in the middle of Myeondong. However, the etra bed is hard and not comfortable though.Hope can improve. We booked a triple room, the size is just nice for 3 of us.

Highlight of this accomodation was the location. Central to bus stops and subway stations. Also situation in a street where the markets are lively at night, as well as retail stores. The hotel room itself is comfortable. If there was one thing, it’d be that you can hear people walking down the hallways

Hotel staff are friendly and patient; daily room cleaning/ service; the hotel room is a bit small but very clean and tidy. Free freshly brewed coffee available in the spacious lobby. Shopping and eating are just downstairs.

In the heart of Myeong Dong nightlife. Lots of food stalls and shopping in the area. Thankfully, it's not too noisy as we went to bed at night but we were at the top floor

This corner room was so small you had to turn sideways to get around. Bath tub was too high and difficult to get in. Do not buy the breakfast option, it is not at the hotel, they give you a voucher to take to a cafe, and the choices are mostly not available.

We liked the location and the cleanliness of the room. It is in the middle of Myeongdong shopping street and food night market. There are many restaurants in the area. However, the standard room is very small and the breakfast is not in the building. I chose this Japanese brand due to the high standard of Japanese culture but the breakfast is far away from the hotel. I’m waiting for my partial refund but it is being delayed by Expedia despite of my reply to Expedia with the proof of my payment. The Expedia recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages. Thankfully this hotel has very good service by the staff at reception desk. Thanks Sotetsu Myeongdong. We enjoyed Seoul.

2度目宿泊です。明洞のど真ん中で、非常に便利です。お買い物の後ちょっと荷物を置きに戻ったり、歩き疲れてちょっと休憩に戻ったりできる立地です。若干お部屋は狭めではありますが、便利な立地を考えると不満はありません。日系のホテルということもあり、日本人には何の不便もないホテルだと思います。

まず仁川からのバス停も近くすぐにホテルに到着でき便利でした。また駅が2つ利用できとても動きやすく、明洞の中心のような場所なので明洞でも買い物や食事をした私にはとても便利でした。 スタッフの方もどなたもとても親切で旅が凄く過ごしやすかったです。お部屋も2人で利用しましたが、広くはないですが充分過ごせました。部屋が少し寒くて暖房がもう少しよくきいたらいいなと感じましたが、次もまた利用したいと思いました。ありがとうございました。
