My stay was really everything I needed in order to make my trip to Seoul go smoothly. I was there to visit the Japanese Embassy and the guest house is less than a five minute walk away. There’s also 3 convenience stores within steps from the entrance, and plenty of restaurants and fast food establishments in the area to chose from. The subway and bus are also easily accessible. Tim gives directions which is super helpful as well!! I was able to get around to different districts, and to and from the airport easily. Tim, the owner, and the other staff are very easy going, relaxed, and welcoming upon arrival, which made me immediately feel at ease. Tim also makes himself available for anything you need 24/7. His contact info is posted on the front desk so if he is not around, you can still reach him. When I reached out within minutes he was back at the lobby to help me and everything turned out fine. The room is clean and spacious with a private bathroom, there’s housekeeping so you get fresh towels everyday too. All toiletries are provided which is perfect for a forgetful or budget traveler, and it was quiet, with no disturbances. The area overall is well lit and safe.I felt at ease making late night runs to CU or 7/11. Its bustling day and night so there’s no need to worry about going out alone. I really wish that I would have found Soosong during my prior trips to Seoul , I could have saved a lot of money and still had the same level of experience and enjoyment.
