The junior suite came with kitchenette, washing machine and fridge. The bedroom does not have a window. There is a small window (half height) in the living area allowing limited light. There for 8 nights which was considered short stay and therefore not cutlery and plates provided. Tea was provided but no coffee. The washing machine had instructions for drying. It took us a number of calls to follow-up on how to get the dryer to work only to be told that it does not have drying features.

It was in convenient location but the facility is very old. Not much security. Anyone can access elevator, no questions asked.

Hotel was in a quiet area, room was spacious and clean. Short distance to Dongdeamun. Breakfast was included and provided enough variety which was amazing.

Family Trip to Korea 2024
The location of the hotel was pretty central and close to all the subway and main seoul station. Front desk staff was super nice and accomodating. I like that there was a convenience store open 24 hours right across the street. Lots of restaurants right in the hotel and area to go to. Not too busy in the streets around so that was also nice. Easy to get a cab and the airport limo was super convenient when we left. Some of the rooms need updating. The tubs looked dirty so we never used them. The family room which had a washer dryer was pretty old and didn't dry the laundry at all which was an inconvenience since we had to put it all in a plastic bag and take it home with us. There were also patches and weird tape all on our roof in the bathroom. The rooms are super spacious tho and I like that they give us unlimited water which was really nice.
