When we arrived the receptions ware was in a big mess. They were cleaning the AC and it was not really pleasant. The lady at the reception was kind and helpful. But we had to wait till check in time which was at 3:00pm

It’s actually really near myeongdong station that has escalator excess. Plus just a turn in from the main shopping street in myeongdong. Do not trust google map to find it, use kakao or Naver map instead! It’s right above a bbq restaurant but no smell (in winter). Have to climb a small flight of stairs to excess the lift to the main floor though.

極狭。ネタレベル。
先ず部屋の広さは写真の通りです。縦にベッドのみ(写真)。ドライヤー、スリッパなどの清潔感も人によっては難しいかと。タオルも足ふきタオルみたいなのが1枚。いくら円安とはいえ、、。良いのは立地です。

値段も安く部屋の広さなど期待はしていませんでしたが、キャリーケースを広げられるくらい広く、オンドル(韓国式床暖房)もついており寒いこともありませんでした。 スタッフの方も優しく笑顔で挨拶してくださいます。朝食は利用していないのでわかりませんが、軽く済ませる程度なら充分なメニューだと思います。 エレベーターに乗るまでに数段(5〜6段)、階段があるのでそこが気にならない方ならオススメします！ チェックイン、チェックアウト時にプレゼントもありとても嬉しかったです♪

・立地は最高！ ・朝食付き～食パンとジャム、フルーツジュースのみ、一度も利用しませんでした"(-""-)" ・ウニットバス？トイレの真横に仕切りなしでシャワーがついてるだけで、今まで宿泊したホテルでシャワーは最低でした(( _ )) シャワー浴びたら、トイレはびしょびしょ、床はびしょびしょで、水周りは最低点でした。 ・総評は、ホテルは寝るだけ、立地重視の人には◎ その他は△です。

チェックイン時に日本語で施設の説明の紙を頂けました。説明は英語でしたが難しい単語使われないので普通に対応出来る気がします。Wi-Fiも快適でした。対応は丁寧でした。 部屋はダブルを1人で使用したので広くて良かったです。隣の声はかなり聞こえますが、耳栓があればそれほど気にならないと思います。 タオルは廊下に設置しているボックスに入っているので不足する事もなく交換も24時間出来ました。 場所的に騒音がすごいかと思いましたが、フロアには全く外の音は聞こえず静かでした。場所が買い物や明洞の屋台に行くのにすごく良い場所でした。 隣の部屋の音とシャワーがトイレと一緒なため、使うのにコツがいる所以外は快適に過ごせました。窓がある部屋でしたが小さく、外の景色は見えない部屋でしたが、ほとんど外出していたので気になりませんでした。 歯ブラシやコップは備品では無いので持っていった方が良いですが明洞はコンビニや100円均一も多いので現地購入でも良いかと思います。

침구 청결상태는 별로지만 가성비 갑+위치가 좋음
친구들 4명이서 숙박했는데 가성비 너무 좋습니다. 그런데 청결에 민감하신 분들은 절대 가지 마세요. 침구 청결상태가 좋지 않았습니다. 그래도 명동이라 쇼핑하기도 좋았고 여기저기 동서남북 편하게 다녀서 전반적으로 만족합니다.

Location is everything
Excellent location right in myeongdong. 3 min walk to subway/ bus stops and very close to other famouse touristy spots in Seoul. Owner is seper nice and let me drop off my bags before check-in and after chek-out. Room was clean and lovely. Price is really good and location cannot be beat!
