When I checked in, I didn't know what was going on because it seems a hotel staff cannot find my booking and calling someone to find out what he should do with my booking. I thought the room was not ready for me. It took me a long time to check in. After I entered the room, I didn't know how to use TV remote control because everything was in Korean and the computer in the room, which is nice to have in the room. I talked to the hotel staff for a help, but there is only one hotel staff, so it seems he couldn't help me at that moment.
It says that there is complementary breakfast, but hotel staff said there is not complementary breakfast, but you can have ramen noodle package and toast the bread. I thought I felt like I was staying at the hostel.
The room was okay as I could see in the picture on the website. The AC was working great. I think you can feel at home inside of the room. I am happy that they put the Korean cosmetic staffs for guests. Also, I really like the toiletry bag that hotel staff gives to each guest. At last, even thought I wasn't really happy about this hotel, the hotel staff was really nice trying to help me even though he could not speak good English and he kept my luggage even after I checked in!
