We enjoyed the property and would return. The building is safe and near the subways, bus lines, and Coex. Plenty of casual places to eat. The unit is clean and comfortable. No issues. If you don’t know Korean, there may be some extra effort to obtain the unit number and code for entry. We also had to make sure how to use the thermostat, water heater settings, and tv. Wifi worked perfectly. The kitchen and fridge are great if you need it. Overall would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Seoul and/or the Coex area.

このような形態の宿泊を初めて利用しました。 立地的には駅近徒歩10分くらい。 歩きやすいです。 百貨店やCOEXモールも近く 飲食店も沢山あり、便利だと思います。 他の方々の口コミにも有りましたが、 マンション内が薄暗く、エレベーターで他の人と遭遇するのは、ちょっと避けたい印象でした。 室内はワンルームマンションですので、 長期滞在、小さな子どもを含む家族連れ等の場合、生活用品が揃ってますので利用しやすいと思います。 タオル類も宿泊日数分有り、歯ブラシ 歯磨き粉は十分な数が用意されていて、反対にビックリしました^_^ スリッパは有りましたが、使い捨てでは無いので、気になる方は持参。 チェックインの方法、アクセス等 事前に連絡が来ますので、スムーズに到着、鍵の解除が出来ました。 チェックアウト時、自身で室内クリーニングもしくは、有料業者依頼と有ります。 何処までを要求されているのか分かりませんが、最低限使用した箇所の清掃と(ベッド周り、洗面所内など) ゴミの分別をして来ました。

韓国旅行中級以上向け、かな？
いわゆるホテルではなく、普通のワンルームマンションを借りて使わせてもらうようなイメージです。なのでホテルでいうフロントはなく、直前に届く連絡が唯一の情報になるので、それはしっかり確認する必要があります。 不安だったのはチェックアウト。特に手続きがあるわけではなく、部屋を出るのみだったのですが、あれでよかったのか、後から何か言われるのか、ビクビクしていましたが今のところ特に何も言われてないので良かったのでしょうか？ coexに近いと言ってもそこそこは歩きますが、ホテルの周辺にパリ◯ケット、プンシク店、チキンのお店などそこそこそろっています。マンション1階にはコンビニが2軒あるので、そういうお店を利用すれば、時間や体力を温存できます。

立地の良さと料金が魅力です。 我々は2泊でしたが、もう少し長い滞在の方はより便利かと思います。 サムソン駅から徒歩五分程度、仁川空港行きバスのターミナルも3分程度です。 コンビニは下にありますし、 一本裏は飲み屋が並んでいて食事にま困らないです。 設備は基本的なものが揃っていました。 2点だけ気になった点があり、洗濯機があるのは◯ですが、乾燥機能がないので部屋干しになること、およびシャワーの温度調節が難しいことです。 チェックインはhotels.comのメール機能経由で部屋番号や暗証番号が届きスムーズです。
