I can’t say enough about this property. The staff, the hotel, the rooms, the food everything fabulous. As a 61 year old woman traveling by herself in Seoul they were so helpful in helping me get around by myself and ensuring I had a taxi for me to return back to the hotel. Never posted a review before but I had to let them know how wonderful they are.

The scent of the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner was not appealing. Also, I think the 9th floor executive lounge should only have children over 12 years. Young children crying is not really an executive lounge for business traveling. Family lounge should be set aside on 2nd floor. Otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay and I would come back.

We stayed in the executive suite which was amazing. The people were kind and took great care of us. The major issue that we had was that we booked through Expedia. With this, nothing could be changed which I had a requirement to leave early for work. I was told by the hotel talk with Expedia and Expedia stated we cannot help.

Even though it is a ways from the downtown area, the adjacent Express Bus Terminal provided huge benefits to access 3 subway lines which would take anywhere you chose. The hotel itself was outstanding and a real bargain for the room rates offered. The morning breakfast buffet was a welcome start to each day and the staff go out of their way to please you. Highly recommended
