We stayed in the executive suite which was amazing. The people were kind and took great care of us. The major issue that we had was that we booked through Expedia. With this, nothing could be changed which I had a requirement to leave early for work. I was told by the hotel talk with Expedia and Expedia stated we cannot help.

I had a great experience at this hotel. From the time that I checked in until I check out, everything was seamless and satisfactory! A staff member (named “Sue”) was kind enough to upgrade the room (I didn’t even ask for it) and appeared to do her best to help me have a good time in this hotel. I regret that I had to leave this hotel very early (before 7 am) to get to work because it was very comfortable to stay there. It was a bit expensive to stay in this hotel but I feel that what I got in return was worth every dollar. I particularly like their "Mobo bar" on the 7th floor. The wine selection was pretty good. I had a wonderful time at this hotel and they truly helped me feel myself at home!!
