Worse condition and cleanliness than expected. Only good thing is location. Ill say they are super responsive which is really good, they try but the place itself is meh.

Really nice guesthouse. They even went extra mile when we requested for iron. Really appreciate it. We love the location, very near to Ikseon-dong and Jongno-3-ga subway station.

周りが最近若者に人気が有る場所らしく特に 夜10時過ぎには道路にまでテーブルを置いて 大瀬な若者や外国人が集まって居て、情報が無かったので地下から出たらびっくりしてしまいましたが、地下鉄駅も近く便利でした

スタッフはメールですぐに返信してくれ、ご丁寧でした。しかし、部屋は暖房がなく、床暖房のみでした。また、バスルームはトイレとシャワーの境がカーテンはなかったです。部屋が寒いのと、バスルームのこの形式に慣れていないなかったので、近くの銭湯に行きました。この部屋でリラックスがあまりできませんでした。ホテルの周りは、やや薄暗く、ゴミがたくさん落ちていました。

커스터머와 약속을 지키지 않는 숙소
가격대비 위치도 좋고 욕실도 깨끗한 편입니다. 단지 엘리베이터가 없는 것이 흠인데 짐이 많이 없는 분들에겐 괜찮은 숙소입니다. 저희는 한 달 반 여행이라 짐이 많았고 만성 통증환자인 저도 중학생 딸도 고층까지 30키로 가까운 가방들을 옮길 수가 없어 미리 저층으로 부탁드렸어요. 2층으로 주신다고 약속하셨는데 가보니 4층이더군요. 계단 정말 좁고 많습니다. 14살 딸아이랑 20~30키로 가방 네 개를 옮기고 거의 쓰러질뻔 했네요. 처음부터 못준다고 하셨으면 모르지만 약속과 달리 아무런 언급도 없치 고층 방을 주고 모르는척 한 부분은 서비스에 있어 별 하나도 아깝습니다. 가성비 좋지만 손님과 약속을 지키지 않는 곳이라 짐이 없어도 저는 다시는 방문하고싶지 않네요.

全体的にみたらとてもよいゲストハウスでした。
2泊お世話になりました。予約完了後、施設への行き方などの細かいお知らせが届きます。スタッフへの質問、リクエストなどもすぐに対応もしていただけたので、お会いできなくてもストレスなく利用できました。 駅からすぐ、バス停へは少し歩きますが、とても便利な立地だと思います。 益善洞の中ですが、夜は静かでぐっすり眠れました。ベッドやお部屋、バスルームも綺麗でした。経年劣化は仕方ありません。あの立地でお手頃価格で利用でき、とても助かりました。 お部屋の天井に蜘蛛の巣が垂れてたり、バスルームのシャワーサンダルの汚れだけ、ちょっと気になりました。 タオルは日毎に貸与してくださるようで、2日目に帰宿したらドアに新しいタオルを掛けてくださってました。客への手厚いサポートには感謝してます！ あと、チェックインが16時からだったということで、こちらは少し不便でした。わかっていたことですが、初日に16時まで(深夜便早朝着)休めなかったことが辛かったです。 さらに、2日目の夜はお湯が出ず、体温より低いであろうぬるま湯しか出ず、震えながらシャワーしました。 以上です。韓国リピーターで安宿経験者であれば、高コスパだなと言える範囲でした。 お世話になりました！
